“Where you guys staying tonight?” Lucious asked.
“Motel I think,” Laney slurred out.
“Nonsense, I have a large condo on the beach, you guys can crash there tonight, and I will bring you back tomorrow to get your car.” He said as he picked Laney up in his arms and cradled her like a baby.
“That really isn’t necessary but thank you for the offer.” I chimed in and grabbed Tiny and Fran, one with each arm as I steadied them and we made our way back to our car. Lucious looked at me funny again and I just rolled my eyes. I guess that arrogant, prideful, I can do anything side of myself will never be hidden.
“Nonsense Rora, we are staying with Lucious tonight,” Laney managed to spit out and I knew I was outnumbered when the other two agreed as well.
