Why did he need to see me? This was the first time since I left the house he even bothered to send me a message. And it most definitely was far beyond what I had expected him to say to me. Was it too much to ask that maybe a little that my father would miss me and see me as his daughter once again?
But I knew it was just a wish. A wish that would never come true so long as Lizzy and her daughter remained with him. Certainly, I would not try anything to break them up. Heck, I had more than enough things on my mind to even bother about people like them.
