“They’ve been in there for an hour. Should one of us go in there and see if…” Scarlett was watching Naomi’s darkened cabin from where she sat in front of the dying fire, which had been reduced to just embers. Taz and Jerry had already gone to bed, and Ivy too had slipped away to her waiting husband in their own cabin, where there had been only the hint of a light, likely from a lamp in the living room, which she could just make out from where she sat beside Mason.
