Emily couldn't bear it any longer when the party had turned a little rowdier a few hours later, and so Rhys thought it would be best to take her home. The drive home was unbearably silent. It wasn't like it was the first time they ever experienced it. But to Rhys, the silence was a little bit different. Emily was sitting next to him in utter silence too.
