14 Joss tucked the coat around Adrian. He’d used a first aid kit to sew up the bullet hole, and the blood had stopped, but Adrian was unconscious and pale. Joss stood and joined Cassias who just finished changing the bandage on Ryan’s arm. “Rest,” Cassias said to Ryan Artis, a quiet soldier whose hobby was collecting and repairing weapons, then followed Joss to the edge of the area where they had chosen to wait, receiving information from Jericho and the few who watched Malachi’s camp.
