The Alpha's Mate

**Aurelia** it was night time and i was already heading back to my car, then i saw a big stray tray dog, at least that was what i thought it was. I went over to the dog and bent to its level staring at its golden eyes and it was unusual to see a dog with golden eyes then I said "hey are you lost???"but to my suprise the dog bit me on her neck "aaaah" I exclaimed but the dog had already disappeared into the woods. I had thought that I was going to start barking like a dog since I had not taken any preventive pills, but even when I got home I was still perfectly fine, then I thought that everything was okay, but it wasn't not until a few days It has been six days since I had an encounter with that strange dog and o haven't felt any thing strange till this morning, when i suddenly felt dizzy, I ignored it and went to work and after sometime I started having a mild headache and soon I felt hungry, I told my secretary to bring me lunch and she did it without hesitation, just when I was halfway through my meal, my vision felt blurry and I didn't know what happened next ************************************** I woke up and found myself in a place that was neither my bedroom nor my office I was confused and when I was about to sit upright I was stopped by my headache "I think it's best of you don't move Miss Aurelia" I heard a masculine voice say "Where am I??" I questioned the person "You are at the hospital, you passed out while eating as a result of excessive stress" the doctor replied "oh so that's what it was, the reason for my dizziness" I said "Yes so i suggest you take a break for at least two weeks so you would be as good as new" the doctor suggested " So when will I be discharged?" I asked " Tomorrow afternoon" he replied as he left my hospital room, I was relieved because I thought it was as a result of the dog bite but thankfully it wasn't, I heaved a sigh of relief as I closed my eyes. All of a sudden a picture of me and that strange dog appeared in my head, then the next thing I knew the dog transformed into a guy. I quickly opened my eyes "strange"I thought as I forced myself to go to sleep and the next thing that welcomed me was a really strange dream "Who are you, why do you look like me and where am I?? I questioned a silver haired woman " I am you and you are where you are meant to be" the woman said which made zero sense " I don't understand anything you just said please make me understand " I pleaded " it's very simple that creature that bit you wasn't a dog it was your Alpha"the woman said and I was still very much confused " it is still very confusing I don't understand, do you mean I have been bitten by a werewolf king?" I asked and the look on the woman's face told me that it was a very naive question, she smiled and said "werewolf king indeed, but that is not the name I would give it actually, you have been bitten by the Alpha" "does that mean I'm now a werewolf??" i asked looking confused "not just any werewolf, you are now a Luna, I mean you are now his mate" the woman replied "does that mean that I am no longer a human" I asked looking terrified "yes, but there is no meed to be afraid look om the bright side you will have new mystical powers like telepathy, enhanced reflexes, superhuman strength, healing factor, lunar empowerment, shapeshifting, immortality and other stuffs" the woman replied me "I understand that part, but why do you look like me??" "because I am your guardian or you could rather say your spirit guide" the woman replied, she does look like me but the only difference was her silver hair instead of jet black and she looked older "so I have to marry this Alpha because I'm his mate?"I asked "I expect you to know that" she replied "I've seen it in alot of fantasy novels but this is reality, I thought mystical beings doesn't exist" I said "well they do so brace yourself because your life as an ordinary human has already come to an end and, your mystical life story have just begun and many adventures of life are waiting for you Aurelia stay safe" the woman said and was slowly disappearing "wait ........" it was already too late the woman had already disappeared I woke up from that strange dream and looked around, I was still at the hospital and the day looked very bright I looked at the wall clock and saw it was already 12:48 "woah, I sure did slept alot" I said to myself just then the doctor came in and said " you have been discharged, feel free to go home and don't worry I called the person that took you here and she said she was on her way, don't forget to stay away from stress" the doctor said and left the ward. My secretary came and drove me home before reporting back to the office, I spent my day resting and then it was night time and I decided to go for a walk. I was already close to the forest when I heard a woman vocalising softly and I felt drawn to the voice, without thinking I started walking towards the forest and the farther I go the close the voice became soon I reached the vocalist and I saw that it was the woman from my dreams last night "welcome Aurelia" the woman said and looked at me
