Chapter 48
Margaret sits in her office at daybreak. A mug of coffee keeps her company while she sorts through the notes for her early morning meeting with Israel’s Prime Minister. They will speak via satellite at 08:00. As she goes over the material, she decides not to reveal Russia’s role in the coup. President Williams’s warning still haunts her. She’ll follow his guidance and not share key information. Next week, maybe.
