I went and took me a hot shower. I let the hot water wash over my sore muscles. it felt so good to just stand there and let it wash over me . I hurried and washed my mess of curls before the hot water ran out. I dried off and made my way to my bed so I could brush my hair and get ready for bed . Mia, you there ? yeah, I'm here. I sat up in bed and looked around. I hurried and turned on my light. If I was going to be attacked, I wanted to see who or what was attacking me . Yeah, granny, I'm fine. i think I was just having a bad dream. and thought I saw yellow eyes watching me from that corner I pointed. she had a worried look on her face more than what she had at dinner. i swear something is going on. but I wasn't going to pry. not right now. I was still scared to death. granny, I know what I'm about to ask is silly, but will you stay with me till I'm good and asleep . I saw a smile on her face. of course, baby, I'll stay with you all night if you want. I scooted over to make room for her in my bed .she got in and covered us up. I closed my eyes and listened to her sing somewhere over the rainbow til I faded in to sleep
