Chapter Twenty Two
Yoongi scrunched up his nose shrugging his shoulder trying to think about something and forget that Jungkook is looking at him intently.
It's been almost three days since Jungkook keeps on visiting him in his house. He's even picking him up and dropping him in his house every after school. He's also making sure that Yoongi is eating on the time and is taking his vitamins.
Jungkook knows that there's no turning back at this point in time. The life is already there and that life is made by the both of them- the only right thing he should to is to embrace it and do his responsibility as a soon to be father.
"I'll start my job tomorrow, Yoongi. Dont worry we can go to a doctor next week." Jungkook said letting out a faint smile.
Yoongi finally gathered all of his courage as he looked at the older giving him the bowl of popcorn that he just made taking a seat next to Jungkook.
"Thanks..."
Jungkook can only let out a tight-lipped smile slowly shaking his head as he took in a deep breathe, that's his responsibility.
It was like a punch on the face and a continuous stabbed on his chest when he saw Yoongi's face turning into a deep shade of red with his eyes very swollen because of how he is crying infront of him- screaming angrily about how he became so irresponsible.
Seeing Yoongi like that while screaming from the top of his lungs saying how he is having a hard time alone to te point that he's never seen a doctor since the news of pregnancy because of the lack of money.
That hit Jungkook right on the feels. It's like Yoongi is the one who slapped him on the face making him realize how he is so damn irresponsible and no good.
That lead Jungkook to staying up all night browsing through the internet. He learned about the things he needs to know so that he could adjust to a pregnant Yoongi easily.
The fact that Yoongi has a small figure and is just sixteen years old made him really nervous as the danger is always present.
That's when he knew that he cant just stay as the man he is as of the moment, irresponsible and immature. Yoongi needs someone who will tend to his needs especially for the baby.
He just cant wait for his monthly allowance to come and he eventually needs to work for Yoongi and save up for the arrival of their baby knowing that they will have to stay in the hospital for a lot of days.
"Help me find a job too, Jungkook." Yoongi said.
He doesnt want Jungkook to do all the work. He has his own problems at school too. Just like him, Jungkook is running for honors too and is busy with a lot of schoolworks and he doesnt want to add up to that.
"No, Yoongs," Jungkook shook his head vigorously, "You have to take care of yourself, that's all you have to do." He said letting out a small smile.
Yoongi took the bowl of popcorn from Jungkook rolling his eyes when it's almost empty. The older really ate like a hungry monster all the time.
"My parents are going back soon, Kooks." Yoongi blurted out.
He figured out that Jungkook also needs to know about the sudden arrival of his family. Knowing all of them especially his brother, they will ask for Jungkook and interrogate the hell out of him- damn, he'll be lucky if its just an interrogation.
"It's okay. I'll talk to them and apologize." Jungkook said in a calm voice.
Though, he knows that Yoongi's family wont be very happy to see him considering the fact that he just got their smart decent sixteen year old pregnant. He's already preparing for the harsh word and punches that he might receive from them, he knows that he deserves it.
"Oh! You doesnt have an idea what you're putting yourself into." Yoongi said rolling his eyes before letting out a small laugh.
Jungkook cant help but to get mesmerized by the way Yoongi lets out his gummy smile once again hearing his adorable soft laugh made Jungkook's heart wavered that it sent shivers down his spine knowing that Yoongi really did have a hard time and hearing him laugh like this just makes Jungkook feel really wonderful.
Yoongi cleared his throat as he came back with a glass of water giving it to the older. He sat next to him once again.
"How's Seokjin hyung? Did you guys talk already?" Yoongi asked.
He is also aware of the relationship that he just ruined, an almost perfect relationship that everyone adores.
He is pretty sure that Jungkook really got hurt because of his break up with the school's beauty. Yoongi having a big crush on Jungkook since his first year in this school, he knows about who's who in Jungkook's life and Seokjin is not just a who in his life he is Jungkook's everything.
It must've been really painful for Seokjin too. He can feel his own heart wrenching when he saw the tears slipping out from Seokjin's eyes, he is one of the reason why the person who treated him so good got hurt. It made him feel so horrible.
Yoongi took in a deep breathe letting out a nostalgic smile as Jungkook slowly nods his head- the talk probably didnt turn out that good.
"Do you want him back?"
Yoongi immediately bit his lower lips feeling like a fool because of the words that he just asked. Of course, Jungkook wants Seokjin back. Who wouldnt want someone like Kim Seokjin?
Jungkook looked at him straight in the eyes, "Yes, I'll try and take him back again." He said as he took in a deep breathe.
Yoongi tried his best to smile at the older. That's what he wants to happen too, for Jungkook and Seokjin to be together once again. Though, he cant deny the fact that Jungkook will atleast try and stay with him.
"Win him back. He's worth everything, Kook." Yoongi said with a bitter smile on his face.
