She is half demon, half human lost to a world of unknown.

No family left to help.

A world once filled with magic, now all lost to another world.

Not being able to use her magic, that is now starting to overflow without being caught and possibly killed, Lucille now has to fight to survive in this unknown world that is her birth place.

Will she be able to pull through with both body, soul, and heart or will she lose her heart to an unknown stranger from the demon realm?

Prologue
‘Everyone’s family have tough times. They have struggles, and sometimes they can’t cope and will leave, with love and good intentions in the heart and actions. 3rd Person POV Striking platinum blonde hair shines in the night as the mother holds onto her toddler, so tight, like her life depended on it. Looking around in fear. The little girl starts crying as growls were heard in the distance. Quickly, the mother hushes her girl and starts running. Running for her life. The growls become increasingly closer, too close for comfort. As the mother runs she sees a house, and quickly, she leaves her girl on the back-steps along with her glimmering blades and an amazonite necklace. Knocking on the door the mother makes a run for it. Leading the growling beasts away. She takes one last look at her little girl before she disappears fully into the forest, and sees a young girl step out to see the little girl. “She should be safe now…” Young Girl’s POV “What are you doing here little one?” I ask in a soft voice while watching the little Auburn haired, and green-eyed girl up. She reaches her hands out, making grabby hands at me in an attempt to hug me. I lower myself down to her level and gently pick her u and place her on my hip. I bring her inside and gently place her on the couch as I go back outside to pick up the blades and put them down in the basement. As I come back up the stairs and head to the couch, I grab an apple and some water for her. I sit down next to her and place the water down on the wooden coffee table, and hand her the apple. “What is your name?” I ask gently “Lucille…” She shyly replies while playing with the apple. “Do you know where your mummy or daddy are?” “No…” She shakes her head “I don’t…” There would only be one reason as to why someone would leave a little kid on a doorstep. And that would be to get rid of them. “Would you like a sister then?” I say after thinking it through. She nods her head in response, with a small smile on her face. “Well then…” I say “looks like you have a sister!” I exclaim. “My name is Hazel.” I open my arms for her to cuddle into, which she readily does with a small smile still plastered on her face.
