Also, the spell was quite a high level one so without a doubt it would cause great internal damage because of which it can't be used again and again.
Thanks to Shiro's powers, he could use such a spell at least once in a month and that too for no more that 5-10 minutes which meant that he could reverse the time but only to the maximum intent of 10 minutes.
And right now he had done the same and suffered a bit internal bleeding due to the usage of the skill.
