Episode 3 IN BETWEEN

Jane drove home and as soon as she stepped out of the car,she fell on the ground and passed out immediately. Ella, who has been watching her from the window side, quickly rushed to help her.

“Jane!!!!!What happened to you,wake up Jane am here, talk to me please”

Ella hurriedly got the car key from Jane's pause,she carried her inside the car and drove her to the hospital.

“ Doctor, so what happened to her,I hope she's fine,can I check on her now?”. Ella asked the doctor

“Yes she is, just that she needs a lot of rest,you can't check on her right now so you won't interrupt her sleep” the doctor said as he walked away

Few moments later,a nurse told Ella that Jane had woken up. She stood up from the reception and went straight into the ward to meet Jane.

“ Jane are you trying to commit suicide,I told you not to meet with that monster you called a boyfriend but you were so stubborn and you went ahead to see him” Ella said angrily

“Ella will you stop ranting and let me explain things to you,it is not my fault I honestly needed to clear that debt urgently so I don't get kicked out of the house “.

“Meeting with Josh is definitely not the next thing to do, that i***t won't help or did he?” Ella asked.

“Ella I thought he would help me, afterall Josh is my boyfriend and I thought he would help but that rascal tried to take advantage of me instead”.

“What did I just hear you say Jane?,he tried to do what? Why would he do such a thing knowing fully well that you are still a virgin,is he insane? Hope he didn't touch you?”Ella asked Jane

“We were about having s*x when I told him to stop and that I was not ready for it as I was about to leave his room,he forcefully dragged me back and tore my cloth” Jane told Ella.

“So that monster took advantage of you? Are you serious right now? We need to report this case to the police,”Ella said as she picked up her phone to call the police.

“Ella wait,I didn't say he took advantage of me,he actually didn't get a chance to do that cause I damaged his balls and I ran out” Jane said.

“I thought that i***t tried nonsense with you but wait you said you did what?” Ella asked as she burst into laughter.

“ I said I kicked his balls,I had to do something just to save myself at that moment”Jane said she burst into laughter too.

“You did a good job,so how's the i***t now?,I know he would have been regretting what he did by now” Ella said

“How am I supposed to know what happened to him?I didn't even look back, I had to run for my dear life and integrity,”jane said.

“jane how do we go about this situation?cause there's not much time left until you get kicked out and to prevent it we have to act fast,”Ella said as she stood up from the floor.

“You are right Ella, honestly I don't know what to do at this moment. I Am really confused,I thought josh would be of help but I think I was wrong.”

“I told you before you left the house Jane,I told you he's a jerk that has nothing to offer now look what you went there to face,well…Thank God he didn't do anything to you”Ella said.

“I honestly do not know who to ask for help right now Ella,who do I ask for help again? I just hope this won't be the end of me”Jane said as she sobbed.

“Jane, stop speaking like this,don't worry everything will definitely work out even though we are still unsure about what the future holds”Ella said as she moved closer to jane.

“Ella, I really appreciate everything you've been doing these past few days,thank you for being a nice friend to me,thank you Ella”Jane said thankfully.

“Jane,it's okay I'm your friend remember and I will make sure to do everything in my capacity to help “ Ella said as she hugged her tighter.

“ When I am going to be discharged,I think am fine now ,I need to get out of here as soon as possible to get my life together and know where to start from” Jane said.

“Jane,you are not fine yet,the doctor said you need a lot of rest and you are telling me you are already fine, just relax you will be discharged soon”Ella said as she helped Jane to rest her back well.

The nurse came in to change Jane's drip and check if she's doing fine.

“ Can you pls excuse her now cause she needs to rest”the nurse said to Ella as she said to Ella.

“Jane I need to leave now,you heard what the nurse said right.let me leave you to rest” Ella said as she was about to leave.

As Ella was about to leave,Jane began to cough,Ella had to turn back to check on her and before she knew it,Jane had started vomiting blood.

“Jane what happened again? What is this? Why is blood coming out from your mouth?. As she shouted”doctor!!! Nurse!!! Please help my friend I don't know what's wrong”

The doctor came in with a nurse,the doctor told the nurse to get oxygen for jane.

“Doctor, what happened to her? Why does she need oxygen,I mean we were here a few minutes ago discussing” Ella asked the doctor as tears began to drop from her eyes.

“You will have to wait in the reception for now,you can't stay here with us” the doctor said as he instructed the nurse to walk Jane out of the ward.

Ella sat in the reception, weeping and praying and at the same time, suddenly someone was rushed from the ward to the theater room and it was Jane.
