Chandra fell back on her bed, sighing loudly in frustration.

“Why can’t I just walk bare feet?! Are my feet that hideous?!” She mumbled loudly in anger.

“Well, I wouldn’t say hideous.” The Alpha King replied, leaning on her door frame.

Chandra glared at the young handsome man. But turned her gaze back to the ceiling.

Chandra then sat up, standing up wearing 2 shoe boxes on her feet that she found in the closet.

The Alpha King laughed full heartedly at the scene, but Chandra glared up at the man. Crossing her arms over her chest in annoyance.

“Why are you laughing. The only reason I’m wearing these is because everyone keeps complaining that I have to cover my feet for you.” Chandra scowled at him, but the King couldn’t help it. He just continued to laugh.

“Stop laughing at me!” Chandra demanded.

But the man just smiled at her, putting his hands up in surrender.

“Okay, okay. I’ll stop, only because you wore those for me.” The king smiled at her with the same look from earlier.

Chandra huffed with a pout.

“Shoes are weird.” She mumbled out in annoyance, and the lycan king chuckled once again.

“Indeed they are.” He replied.

“So what you’re telling me is that you’re the moon princess?” Alpha John said in disbelief.

Chandra nodded, not understanding the looks she was getting around the office.

“That’s impossible, why would Selene let her only daughter here on Earth?” Beta Sam asked with confusion.

“Sam, you know the moon history better then anyone else. Tell us.” Chandra only grumbled under her breath, crossing her arms over her chest.

‘I know about the moon too.’ She wanted to say, but bit her tongue instead.

“Welll, from all the books I’ve read about Selene she has two children. A son as well, he’s name is Aidan.”

The Alpha King only smiled at Chandra from across the room. Noticing her pouting in the corner, this caught Eric’s attention. Who didn’t have any fondness for the Kings likeness over his mate.

“Why don’t we ask Princess Chandra instead? I’m sure if anyone knew about her mother and home, it’s the princess herself.” The King spoke, causing everyone to look at Chandra.

Chandra straighten her posture in her chair, looking up at them all. The king noticed her mood lighten, smiling to himself proudly. But this only caused Eric to scowl at the thought of the King taking a liking to Chandra.

“He does have a point.” Alpha John replied.

“Well, for starters my brother’s name is Aster, not Aidan.” Beta Sam looked sheepish and scratched the back of his neck which turned red.

“Mother Selene is very strong and very beautiful.” Princess Chandra gushed away in deep thought. “Aster however, is very sarcastic but very wise. Oh! And he’s really fast. But not as fast as father when he fights.”

Everyone gasped at what was heard.

“Father? Selene has a husband?” Chandra only nodded.

“My father is very smart and fast, he’s like a light. You can’t possibly write down and share something that can’t be captured in eye view.” Chandra explained.

“So what you’re saying, is your father stays hidden on purpose? That’s why he’s not in any of the history books.” Beta Sam said out loud, looking deep in thought.

“History books? Like the one that had my brothers name mistaken?” Chandra grumbled.

“My mother sent me here on purpose. The reason behind it, even I can’t tell you. Because I don’t know the answer myself, or why I suddenly awoke in the lake.” Chandra muttered the last part lowly. A frown tugging at her lips.

The king placed a hand on her shoulder smiling at her encouragingly.

Chandra smiled back at him, then looking at the other four men in the room.

“Even though I don’t know why I’m here, I want to for fill my duty to my mother, your Queen.” Chandra let out.

“Alpha John, I would like a word with you. In private.” Alpha John nodded his head in understanding at the King.

“Of course King Enzo.”

King Enzo watched Chandra walk out, dazed every time he laid eyes on the beautiful girl.

‘If only I could claim her right now.’ He thought. His wolf agreeing full heartedly with the idea.

‘She must be ours. Now.’ Ace, his wolf repeated once again in his mind. Ever since they laid eyes on her, they’ve wanted her.

But the connection and pull they feel for her is being disturbed by something, but what? Whatever it is, it needs to dealt with. So that they could be mates fully.

So the Lycan King could claim what is his.
