When the secret wall opened, and I saw Nathan running in giving an all-clear he spotted me and ran to me as I ran into his arms. I was so scared that I would lose him like I did Jason. I wouldn’t survive losing another mate.
Nathan kisses me then kisses my forehead before saying, “The other Alphas are leaving us with four hundred and fifty of their strongest warriors, so along with ours we will not be caught off guard.”
I breathed a sigh and nodded, “I am glad they came to help. I will forever be grateful.” My arms hugged him tightly, “And I am so glad you are ok. I don’t know how I would survive if anything ever happened to you.”
His arms tightened, “Nothing will happen, my love. We have good friends and allies and now extra strong warriors.”
