By the time the automatic door of the bar slid into place, Keith was already back at the table. The waiter cleaned up everything and brought him another drink. Tenool, the demon of false gods, who was Keith’s guide, was not happy at all. He sat at the far corner of the private table, covering the place in a darker cloud than before. He leaned very close to Keith’s face. His formless sloped nose almost touched Keith’s, his clawed fingers pushed into Keith’s temple. He tried to shake Keith up with his suggestions.
