I rushed to pick up my phone as it was ringing so loudly.
“Hello.” I said without checking who the caller is.
“Why are you sounding like that?”
It was a familiar male voice I heard.
I checked to see if it was James.
“I am only panting.” I answered.
“Panting? And what are you running away from, if I may ask, or who is pursuing you?”
“I was in the bathroom when you called, so I had to rush out to pick the phone.” I answered.
