“I don't know what you did to your mate to make her avoid you this way but whatever it is you have to put an end to this because staying in this house with you both avoiding each other is so boring.” my mum said when I walked to the living room.
“Mum how did you know we are avoiding each other?” I asked her.
“It is so obvious. I watched her as she was secretly trying to sneak out of the house a few minutes before you came out. I don't want to ask what happened between you both because I know you won't tell me, but whatever it is, fix it. I need to go talk to my mate. I can't let you kids drain me.” she said as she walked to her room, leaving me in the living room.
