"Are you really going to wear this, May? Your boyfriend isn’t going to mind, right?"
Phengkwan asked her friend when she saw May wearing a short red strapless dress, her chest nearly spilling out. Usually, Phengkwan was used to seeing her friend dress in a cute style, so it felt strange seeing her dressed so sexy. But May was beautiful, and wearing something like this only accentuated her sharp, stunning features.
"Dan won’t mind. He doesn’t even know I’m wearing this. It’s a surprise for his birthday, and he’ll get to see that his girlfriend is just as sexy as the other girls trying to hit on him. Haha!"
May replied as she sat at Phengkwan's dressing table, doing her makeup.
"By the way, don’t you want to show off your beautiful figure, even just a little?"
May asked, eyeing her friend’s outfit. Phengkwan was wearing a pair of long jeans and a fitted black three-quarter sleeve shirt tucked into her pants. Her hair was tied up in a high ponytail, and her makeup was light, nothing as heavy as May’s. Even though the shirt wasn’t form-fitting, it still highlighted Phengkwan's curves clearly. Phengkwan usually dressed this way because she didn’t like revealing clothes. Even in a simple t-shirt and jeans, her beauty still shone through.
"I usually dress like this. Besides, if I were to wear a short skirt like that, I wouldn’t feel comfortable."
Upon hearing her friend's answer, May shook her head, surrendering to Phengkwan’s modest style. She wanted to see her friend dressed sexy just once. Even in casual clothes, Phengkwan was still stunning. If she dressed sexy, she would be even more beautiful.
"Hey, can I ask you something?"
May stood up from the dressing table and sat next to Phengkwan at the edge of the bed.
"What’s up?"
Phengkwan asked with a puzzled look, seeing how serious May seemed.
"Do you have any scars or blemishes on your body? I’ve noticed you never wear anything revealing, just t-shirts. Even your pajamas are long pants. Is it because of scars? Is that why you don’t feel confident showing off your skin? You can tell me, I have a good doctor who can help you get rid of those scars."
May's question made Phengkwan feel surprised, as she hadn’t thought her modest dressing would worry her friend this much. On top of that, she even offered to take her to see a doctor to remove any scars.
"Haha! Is that why you look so serious, May?"
Phengkwan laughed as she spoke, but May crossed her arms and looked even more serious, not liking that her question was being laughed at.
"Of course! What’s so funny? I’m serious here! With a body like yours, dressing modestly is such a waste. You have a great body, with perfect curves and a figure that many women dream of! Now tell me, do you have any flaws under those clothes? Why do you always wear something so covered up?"
May continued to speak passionately about Phengkwan’s style of dressing until Phengkwan smiled widely at her friend. It seemed she was worried that Phengkwan didn’t have confidence in showing her body due to some imperfections.
"I don’t have any flaws, okay? The reason I don’t wear revealing clothes is just that I don’t want to. And besides, I don’t even know where I’d wear something like that. So stop worrying. My body’s fine, every part of it. I could even join a beauty pageant! Haha!"
Phengkwan responded teasingly to ease May’s concerns. When May heard this, she smiled widely, feeling relieved that her worries were unnecessary. After finishing their makeup, May and Phengkwan headed to the MDR club, where May’s driver came to pick them up.
At MDR Club, 9:00 PM
Mawin, Dan, and Ratchen were sitting in the VIP section on the second floor, where they could clearly see everything below, but people outside couldn’t see them. The VIP section was a private area, only accessible to those with deep pockets, offering a full range of services, including drinks and beautiful girls attending to the guests. The three of them had started this club when they were in their first year of university. The club’s name came from the initials of their names, and now it had become quite popular. Although the club employed attractive staff, they had a strict rule: customers could not harass the staff unless the girls consented. This helped ensure they received large tips.
"Mr. Chan, today we have two new girls working as drink servers. Would you like to test them yourself, or should we send them to serve customers first?"
Phupoom asked Ratchen while waiting for Mawin to finish reviewing the club’s financial reports. Phupoom, aged 35, was the club’s manager, overseeing everything on behalf of the three owners. He was someone they trusted deeply, as he was Mawin’s father’s left-hand man and also Mawin’s mentor in business and combat skills.
"Send both of them up, I’ll test them myself."
Ratchen spoke while looking at the profiles of the beautiful girls who were about to start their trial shifts. Although he was a flirt, he didn’t date his own staff. The trial period usually involved some light touch, like hugging or having the girls put their arms around him, to see how they handled themselves with customers. The three of them each had distinct roles—Mawin handled the club’s finances, Dan oversaw the venue and drinks, and Ratchen managed the staff. Despite their young age, they had become successful by doing their jobs well.
"I’ll send the girls up now," Phupoom said, walking out after Mawin had finished reviewing the documents.
"Hey, Win, your little sister is bringing a friend today. I heard they’ve been close since orientation, but I’ve never seen her before," Dan remarked to Mawin.
"And?"
Mawin responded shortly, still focused on his phone.
"Come on, look at me when I’m talking to you, damn it! I’m telling you this because it looks like May is setting you up to flirt with her friend," Dan added.
After hearing this, Mawin remained silent, still not showing any interest.
"I don’t care. No matter how much May pushes, I’m not interested. I already have someone in mind."
Mawin replied firmly, his eyes still glued to his phone. He wasn’t concerned about his sister’s friend or her appearance. At that moment, his mind was occupied with the image of the young, pretty girl he had just met earlier in the day.
"Man, you’re so serious about this! If your sister’s friend is pretty, you’d better not change your mind!" Ratchen teased.
Mawin didn’t respond, staying cold and detached. His two friends exchanged glances, used to his indifference. When he wasn’t interested, he truly wasn’t. It was a stark contrast to how he had been earlier in the day, talking and smiling with enthusiasm. Clearly, this new girl had made a strong impression on him.
"Win, seriously, what if this girl has a boyfriend? What would you do?"
Dan asked suddenly, catching Mawin off guard. He hadn’t even considered the possibility of her having a boyfriend, as he was just focused on the idea of pursuing her.
"If she has a good boyfriend—handsome, rich, and treats her well—then I’ll back off. But if the opposite is true, I’ll make her mine," Mawin replied with determination, his voice unwavering.
"Man, I really admire your confidence! You’re definitely under some spell, huh? Maybe you should go to a temple and get a blessing to get over this obsession with her," Ratchen joked, but Mawin shot him an annoyed look.
Mawin didn’t pay attention to their teasing. All he could think about was the girl he had met earlier. When he thought of her, he couldn’t help but smile, even though his friends were in disbelief at his sudden change in expression.
"Man, you just smiled out of nowhere! I swear, you’re under some spell. You’ve really fallen for her, huh? Haha!" Ratchen laughed.
Dan, still perplexed, asked, "How the hell are you going to find her, Win? The university isn’t small, and you don’t even know what year she’s in."
"She’s in the Faculty of Education," Mawin answered simply, taking a sip of his drink.
"I know that," Dan replied, "but the Faculty of Education has many different departments. It’s not easy to find someone just by knowing the faculty."
"She’s probably in her first or second year. You should ask May. She might know her. A beauty like that is hard to miss, and there can’t be many like her in that faculty," Ratchen suggested, and both Mawin and Dan were surprised to hear such a sensible suggestion from him.
"And if she’s a close friend of May’s and shows up here tonight, I’ll help you flirt with her in every possible way," Ratchen added, grinning mischievously at Dan.
Dan replied sarcastically, "Well, my girlfriend’s beautiful too. I’m telling May that you said her friend isn’t pretty, and you’re going to get it from her!"
As Dan and Ratchen continued their banter, Mawin just sat there, quietly listening. It was normal for them to joke around like this. Suddenly, the door opened, and two beautiful women walked in, causing all three of them to fall silent. They were taken aback not because they saw May, but because one of the women was the exact girl Mawin had been thinking about. The coincidence was staggering—he had just been talking about wanting to find her, and now she was standing right in front of him.
#BigBro found the girl without even trying. This is fate for sure. Win's met his match; can she handle him?
