I had always suspected Lucien harbored a soft spot for Aria, but I could never prove it; not until Tristan escaped, leaving Lucien injured, and Aria rushed to his side without a second thought. I notice his stares on her in that moment and my suspicion was concluded. And to crown it up his recent reaction just confirmed it.
"Restraint! Lucien." I say. The thought in my head, uncertain if I indeed heard right.
