Lucien's POV
The door of my office creaks open, Adrian makes his way in with a few files in hand. He is holding the files a little too tight. Must be a little heavy, as one of his hands support the top and the other the bottom.
He steps in, and closes the door with a slight raise of his leg. I sink back into my seat, my pen spinning in-between my fingers.
"You should have gotten help." I say, as I watch him grin, he proceeds to stop in front of my table.
"Don't you worry, I'm managing fine." He breaths out, dropping a few stack of file all at once and they all land on table with a dull thud. The force causes the paper resting on the desk to fly in all direction and we waste no time in grabbing them.
