Did you bring us another stray Mia asks with a soft voice. I shrug and say I know how it feels to have no friends and be the new kid like us all. We fit in with no one says Brice. Welcome to the Wack Pack says Brody with a fist bump. Okay now that we have that all hashed out, can we please get back to the jams werepeople. They all freeze staring at me. What the f**k Tayla the twins say at the same time. I look at Aiden and start laughing. He is a witch guys. How do you know that he is a witch they all ask at the same time. Well that was kinda creepy, but his eyes changed to gold when I first saw him.

Aiden's Point Of View

God I hate being at a new school. Making new friends it so lamb. I still don't know why mom and dad moved us here. They say its because of the rouge attacks. I'm taken aback when I lay eyes on the most magnificent creature. She has beautiful steal blue eyes that flicker a red then black color. Wow her stair is so intense I cant look away. She must be something species. I sit down next to her and cant help but ask what they are talking about. Her face is so priceless when I ask. Its as if she was caught with her hand in the cookie jar. The teacher Ms. Blake I think calls her Tayla and ask if she will show me around. I cant help but smile when she says sure. the morning goes by so slow I cant wait for lunch. Tayla invited me to lunch with her friends. We walk out of class at 11:30. She doesn't even wait for me just turns her head and says are you coming or not. Her voice is like milk and honey sit so smooth and feminine. Like she is talking just to me in a sensual tone. It gives me a hard on just thinking about her. What the I've never thought this way about any girl ever. I have no idea what the heck is going on. I start jogging, honestly I almost have to run just to catch up to her. Hey why didn't you wait for me I ask a little hurt. She stops and looks at me like are you kidding me. If you wanted to come you would have she says. Just then Cat runs past full force for the group laughing. Tayla look so mad. She turns and start full on running to the group. She shouts at me, if you want any food before that black hole gets there move your ass! I'm stunned for a minute. With a smirk I start running. I love to run. We catch up and pass Cat in no time at all. We get to the group and Tayla asks this small girl I think her name was Mia for 2 sandwiches. The music stops and the girl asks if she brought another stray. So Tayla is the leader then. Honestly I tune them out for a minute until Tayla says something about turning the music back on werepeople. They all look like someone shot there pet. The 2 boys swear at Tayla and that makes me irritated for some reason. What she says makes me do a double take. Hes a witch. How the hell does she know that. Only a select few species can tell that and most are extinct. She explains that she saw my eyes change color. That's not possible I finally say. The two that they call the twins pull Tayla behind them in a possessive manner. Why is that not possible? Are you calling her a liar. They say with a growl. I put my hands up. WOO I am not calling her a liar at all. I've just never met anyone not fully shifter that can spot my eye change. If she saw it then she must have shifted for the first time already. She cuts me off before I can say anymore.

Tayla's POV

Okay lets all cool down and turn the music back on okay. We have spent enough time talking. We know what today is and lets make it a bitching memorial day. I say as I walk over to the phone and pushes play. The speakers come to life and Sick Like Me by In This Moment starts playing. I love this long I tell Aiden. We all start swaying to the music. When the lead singer starts singing we go crazy its like a night at the club for out little group. Aiden whispers in my ear what am I suppose to do. I didn't realize he was that close to me. I roll my eyes and say dance the way you want to. Before we get to listen to another song the pop kids come over lead by the BRATS girls with Kale being pulled by Becky. Oh great I say. I motion for the twins to cut the music. What do you want Becky. We leave you alone so you leave us alone. She smirks and says I just wanted to introduce my self to the new guy and inform him that he is hanging out with the losers. Cat growls low in her throat. I look at her and say not now girl with our telepathic link. She looks at me and nods her head. Now I understand that you think that you are the top b***h in this school. Tell me what happens if mister alphas son finds his mate and drops you like a hot potato. She looks like I just slapped her. I link with the boys telling them I've had enough of Becky for one day. I show them what I want them to do. They grunt in approval moving to Kale and Aiden to make sure they don't intervene. Mia moves to the phone to put it on the song she know that I want to play, also to get out of the way like I want her. Mia starts the song House of the Rising Sun by Five Finger Death Punch. I nod my head. Kale looks at my pack and says what is going on here. Tayla don't. I don't take orders from you I tell him. He looks mad and try's to walk toward me, but is held back by Brice. I smirk and walk up to Becky. So we going to do this or what I say putting my hair up in a messy bun. Becky smirks at me and says why not I've been looking forward to this for a long time.

LETS RIP HER HEAD OF! Ayla says. I know the others can hear her to. They smirk. Cat backs up and says you asked for it Becky. We do this in the woods I say. I back up into the small forest behind the school. I hear a ripping of clothes and look in shock as Becky shifts into her wolf. I knew that you shifter before but I didn't know you were so small. She growls at me. At this point everyone is in the forest just on the outskirts watching to see what I will do. Ayla speaks You will get what is coming to you.  Everyone looks shocked. That isn't a ability that you can use until you have shifted on your 17th birthday Kale says. I only hear part of what is said. My body is burning up. I can feel Ayla pushing her way out. I scream in pain and double over. Just as Beck lunges at me. She misses.I can feel my bones braking and my mouth elongating. This is so painful. Ayla is in my head its almost over baby girl she coos. I let out a scream that turns into a deep growl. I look down and see a silver paw where my hand should be. This makes no sense I think. Your suppose to shift on your 17th birthday aren't you I ask Ayla. We are special is all she says back. Now fight! I turn my head just as Becky hits me from the side. I tower over her by at least 2 feet. I growl full fores at her. She whimpers and shifts back into her human form. She is shaking from fear and grabs a pair of clothes from her bag.  I can smell the fear rolling off the BRATS. Its so intoxicating. I whine knowing that my favorite shirt is shredded from the shift. With my link I ask the twins to release the boys that they are struggling to hold back. Aiden is the closet and runs to where I shifted. Grabbing my clothes and remaking them from there tattered state. I sigh, knowing that I will have clothes to put back on. He puts them by a bush and walks away. I go behind the bush shift back. Its just as painful shifting back to human form as it was to shift into my wolf. I'm pulling my pants back up when I smell the most mouth watering smells I have ever smelled. The first one smells like the air after a good rain and chocolate. The second smell is fresh cut grass and a burning camp fire. 

MATES!!! Ayla screams.
