Aaron POV
I had decided not to bother Violet yet. She didn't show up yesterday and I wanted to look for her but decided to give her little space. She was startled when I asked to take her home and started giving excuses of going home with her friends. It was odd but I missed her already even though I just met her on my birthday.
We need to find her Aaron we need her.
I know but she needs time to digest us in her mind for a while.
I tried to reason with Tyler. He has been restless like me ever since we met Violet. So I decided to go outside for fresh air and a run since it still morning. As I stepped out of my room I came face to face with Dad. We both said hellos and stood in an awkward silence till he broke it 'So you going somewhere' 'yeap! I want to go for a run' I replied then I mentally palm faced myself and requested he enters my room. 'I wanted to talk to you on about you finding your mate and you didn't tell me?' he said as he stood in the center of my room and turned to face me.
He was towering over me a bit,he has always been my role model. I wanted to be as powerful and intelligent like my Dad when I become Alpha. My Dad had same brown hair and steel eyes like mine same as James except Mom and Mia who have ebony hairs. Mom was both a Stark and Freeman from the Brighter Moon pack that we share close kinship with. 'I wanted to introduce her yesterday but she didn't show up' I said.
He asked what happened and I told him I didn't know why but I decided to give her space. He sighed and patted my shoulder then said 'You are right..Just let her be and she will come around but if it's not sooner get your ass up and go look for her' he said. I laughed and replied 'Yes sir'.
I still needed that fresh air so after talk with Dad we left my room, he headed to his office on second floor while I head towards the exit out of home. As I walked passed the training grounds I saw father's Beta and Third, Sten and Steve training. They are twins and Dad's best friends. I waved at them and dodged before they decide to call me,I wasn't in for training but to clear my mind out. I was still walking when I caught a glimpse of Violet before her scent hit me. It calmed both me and my wolf down.
'Hey! I'm sorry for yesterday. Something came up' she said. I could feel her nervousness through the bond so I smiled to reassure her 'Its okay really..I'm glad you are here. I was going for a run care to join me?' I asked. She looked into my eyes and then nodded her head. We then walked towards some trees then she headed to one while I went to another just a bit far from hers. I started to concentrate on shifting, actually this was my second shift. The first shift happened when I was emotional yesterday when she didn't show up, it was painful but not much. I started to hear snapping and popping of reshaping bones. When I was done I stepped out and saw a midnight black wolf with blue eyes staring back at me,I was mesmerized by her beauty. My wolf is golden brown with steel eyes it was an inherited traits every Alpha male of the Stark family must have and it comes with strength and power too. All other packs Alpha had their own inherited traits too different from the other.
I nodded towards the forest and we both ran into it. I felt the cool breeze on my fur. Both Tyler and I enjoyed the feeling and especially the fact that our mates was with us. I ran to a different direction where I could hear the sound of a stream so we approached it and stood at the bank of it. I sat down and she did too then I locked gazed with her, I was about to ask her a question when I smelled her arousal. Damn is she really turned on or...
She's in heat
Tyler said and my eyes turned pitch black before I growled.
