#The death of Alpha Collins

Aaron's POV

I was in pains from Violet's rejection and Tyler was howling in agony in my head. I was already weak from all those fights, I will heal that I know but not my already broken heart. James was injured on his right shoulder but still managed with another injured warrior to take me to the safe house.

James was talking to me but my mind was elsewhere till I heard my dad linking me that he needs to see me. I then came back to my senses,yes my dad needed me as he had been poisoned and I knew Violet and that rogue had a hand in it.

We got to the safe house and entered immediately I sighted my dad at a bed, he looked very pale. Mom was there holding his hand while Mia was beside her, Sten and Steve were trying to stop the already too late poison from circulating faster. He turned his head towards my way and tried to smile.

'Hey son I have been waiting for you to be here before I go' he said. 'You are not going anywhere' mom said sniffing. He gazed at her with love and regrets in his eyes then back at me 'I felt the link to a member being broken. Who was that?' he asked. Before I couldn't answer James did 'It was Violet. She rejected Aaron and also the pack as her own. She's now a rogue'

Dad eyes widened in shock and he said 'I am sorry I couldn't be there with you. For what reasons would she do so? '. This time I answered 'She had a grudge towards us and this pack. Its something about Andrew Bernard banishment, her father. I am sure she had a hand in poisoning you' my voice was feeling dry with rage and thirst.

My dad let out an unsteady breathe, Mom paled while Sten and Steve shared looks. Steve then said 'We should have known she was a threat to us and we all know it won't be possible since she was acting all along'. 'Can someone please explain who the heck is this Andrew Bernard?' James asked.

'First I want to say I'm sorry everyone. I blame myself for what happened'. To me it felt not Alpha like of him so mom tried to calm him while we accepted his apology and told him we didn't blame him because we didn't know about it soon. 'But I don't regret my actions and he deserved what he got. It was a long time ago but I didn't know his family would be affected by his shameful act' Dad said. I wanted to know what this man did that he was banished.

'Tell me now' I was curious for the truth.'He was a gentleman and we couldn't believe he changed to a monster till I witness it. He has been charged to murdering innocents wolves but worst of all he tried to....' he started coughing blood.

I and James rushed to help the twins to try and calm him down. Mom and Mia were calling to dad to hold on. The moment the coughing stopped mom fell to the floor screaming while Mia held her. I turn and looked at my dad he was staring ahead, there was no life in his eyes.

Sten and Steve had given up trying to save him. James had a faraway look, I could see the sorrow there. I didn't know when I began to cry. Everything just happened so quick. My heart was no longer the only place that hurts but my entire body too. The pain was increasing and my head was spinning.

I have not only been rejected or betrayed or almost lost my pack but now my dad's death hit a spot in me. As I began to lose consciousness I vowed to find Violet and that rogue she was with and get my revenge.
