# The day of luna Ceremony
It was finally here at last, the day of death, of betrayal, of pain and battle. The luna Ceremony was to take place tonight and while others will merry away their hearts, some are plotting to destroy. The ceremony was to hold just outside of the pack house and a barbeque is to be held.
Violet had managed to sneak the poison to Peter when she was spared little time from preparation. Peter had told her he would try his best but she should know that this was a big mistake. Violet took no heed of the warning. Revenge has gotten deeper in her heart more than the act of love and forgiveness.
Now Peter felt like a betrayer to his own Alpha and pack. He dressed in the Omega's uniforms of grey shirt and black trousers, he picked up the mask and wore it, Violet made sure Aaron agreed to all omegas wearing masks. The last thing he did was take the small bottle of poison, he held it in his hand examining it closely. It was a thick, black liquid but odorless. A thirty minutes active poison, it will kill Alpha collins slowly without him knowing until twenty five minutes to when he will start coughing blood. By then the damage is done and Frank will attack.
Stepping out of the Omega's quarters he walked into the kitchen were the cooks are busy. He had joined the serving of drinks but not yet to carry a drink to the Alpha. He will give it to him when Alpha is distracted, so he was hoping it will happen soon enough. He watched Alpha Collins closely near his luna Eliza. He started to wonder where his cousin Violet was or maybe she didn't want to step outside this morning to welcome guests. The Alpha's son, Aaron was too good to her and loved her more than just a mate. Why couldn't she just forget the past and embrace this happiness the moon goddess had given her. He thought.
Soon Alpha Collins asked an Omega to bring foods and drinks for himself and his guests. This was the opportunity Peter was looking for. He quickly went to the kitchen to assist them, he requested to carry the Alpha and luna's meal to the table which he was given. On his way he made sure no one was looking and went to a secluded empty table and pretend to adjusting the drink on the trays for Alpha and luna, then he slipped a little of the poison immediately he removed it from his pocket. He looked around again saw that he was alone and hurried to the other side were the dinning table which was longer for the Alpha and guests. After dropping the trays the one with poison in front of the alpha then the other for the Luna, he bowed and took his leave. Luck was on his side today because immediately Alpha Collins drank the wine. Luna was busy eating her food. He watched from a far till he was sure that the Alpha drank to his satisfaction, though it was a risk because he might have wished to give luna to drink but he didn't.
Peter signed and left to his room to take his little belongings. He never wished for such bad things to happen to the pack but he was helpless about the situation. He decided to drop a letter at the usual hiding spot at the backyard of the pack for her, telling her the deed was done. After doing so Peter took the small things he had, money, few clothes, his parents picture etc and ran through the forest. He prayed to the moon goddess for safe escaping, he acted normal while passing the guards at the border. It was a success because he told them he was sent by the upcoming luna to drop something to someone. Peter smiled for luck and thought about the adventures ahead of him which his going to find outside his pack.
