Cassandra POV  I see a crowd gathered near one of the houses and I slowly approach them. For a second they seemed scared but as soon as they notice me, they relax. I feel the pain in my heart seeing their condition. The women must be in their twenties or thirties but they have the bodies of small girls. It looks like they haven’t been fed for weeks, months. Their clothes, hair, everything is in much worse condition than the men.  I take caution in approaching them. Their eyes are mostly on the ground and they are sitting down not concerned with the dust   I go near them and sit beside them, keeping my head over my knees and looking at them. They smile me after all this and my heart melts.  “I am here to help you all. I am not leaving till you all don’t feel safe”, I say in a low voice
