Chapter 1
“How much is that?” Faith asked, looking at the money.
“$10,000 for now. I’m trying to stock up on a lot of s**t to last me for two months. I want my own house instead of this small a*s apartment.” Dominick voiced to her. Faith nodded her head understanding where he was coming from.
“Damn! Do you think Bird have a lot of products for that much money?” Faith asked Dominick. Bird, Faith spoke of was a local d**g dealer.
“Hell, I hope so. I’m not about to play about my money. Nigga, f**k around and try to play about my money. I’ll f**k his a*s up.” Dominick said, in all honesty.
“Are you sure you doing the right thing with this dude, Dom? You don’t even f**k with him at school.” Faith stated, trying to get him to see that this could be a bad idea. Dominick heard that Bird was shady from another d**g dealer. He still wanted to take the risk, due to Bird having good supplies.
“Hell yes. This the right thing to do. Are you still going with me?” Dominick asked his girlfriend. Dominick trusted Faith and with her by his side he knew he needed her support. He trusted her and only her at this point,
“Hell yeah, you know I’m going to ride with you until the end. I just have a bad feeling about this s**t. Especially with Kenya boyfriend, come on. I don’t even deal with her a*s at school.” Faith rolled her eyes. Dominick was a small town d**g dealer. At the age of eighteen he wanted to make moves like a boss. Even though, he was young he wanted to still live the lifestyle of a well-known d**g dealer.
Faith and Kenya Brooks never got along, due to Faith thought Kenya was a stuck up girl. She didn’t know much about Kenya only her name. Kenya and Faith once had a big fallout during school, due to Kenya talking out the side of her neck. Faith wasn’t the one to hold her tongue she got smart back with Kenya. They didn’t like each other since then. Faith knew that Kenya talked to a big time d**g dealer as well. He called himself Bird. That was all Faith knew. Dominick didn’t talk about him. It was the first time he ever brought him up. Dominick never liked when Faith got all in his business, he sometimes kept his business to himself.
“You staying with me tonight, or you taking your a*s home?” Dominick glanced over at Faith.
Dominick stayed in an apartment. He wanted Faith to move in with him, but Faith was against it. She didn’t want to leave her mother. She was very close to her mother and didn’t want to leave her. Faith mother was all she had when her father walked out on them when Faith was only two years old. Now at the age of eighteen years old, Faith was all her mother had. Faith would forever be a mother’s girl. Faith mother worked two jobs to make sure Faith had everything she wanted while growing up.
“I’ll stay tonight only because I didn’t stay with you none this week. I know you miss me.” Faith smiled at him. She leaned over and kissed his cheek. Dominick peered over at his Love. she was so beautiful her brown sugar skin paired with her short black bob styled hair made her the apple of his eye.
Faith and Dominick met a year and half ago at a high school dance. Faith ex-boyfriend was roughing her up in front of everybody, embarrassing her. Dominick saw the whole thing and walked over to them to stop the show that the two were giving. Faith boyfriend and Dominick got into it and let’s just say that someone got their a*s kicked that night and it wasn’t Dominick.. Dominick ended up taking Faith home. He got her cell phone number as well. Just in case her ex-boyfriend showed his face again or tried threatening her again. But Faith knew that was all game however he was her hero so he deserved a reward.
Since then they were joined at the hip and decided to try a relationship. Surprisingly it worked out for them. Dominick wasn’t a friendly person. It was hard for him to get along with others. Of course, they had petty arguments and haters trying to break them up. They paid it no attention and continued being happy with each other.
“So are you going to cook for me too?” He gave her that sexy smile she loved so much. Faith gazed at him with an arched eyebrow she couldn’t help but admire his looks. Dominick was a light brown and he wore his hair in a low fade cut with deep waves. He rarely smiled at anything, sometimes it was hard for Faith to get him to smile.
“No, I don’t feel like it, but you can cook for me. I’m your guest not the other way around.” She gave him another kiss on the cheek. She giggled at him when he tried rolling his eyes at her.
It was a little hard trapping and going to school, but he managed it quite well. He couldn’t wait to finish school, though. He had his own apartment, car, plus a girl by his side. Dominick considered himself blessed. He never had a lot growing up, especially with a struggling mother and a crackhead a*s father. Dominick had to strive for himself and his mother. Especially when his father walked out on them. He hit the streets heavy as hell. He would sell on the block late at night, just to keep money in his pocket. He helped his mother with a lot as well. He couldn’t let her go hungry, better yet go broke.
Faith shook her head, “I’m going to get ready.” Faith checked her IPhone and looked through her snaps on Snapchat. She shook her head at some of the things she saw. She clicked on Dominick snaps. She saw Dominick flashing his money. She hated when he did that. He was looking to get robed one day, doing that crazy s**t.
Faith got dressed and started taking pictures on Snapchat. She got a snap and blushed. Dominick was a mess. She shook her head and waited for him to finish so he could get dressed too, so they could go.
They were meeting Bird and Kenya behind their school to make the trade. Dominick took a detour to the school to make sure he wasn’t being followed. Before he left his apartment, he saw a black unmark SUV sitting outside the apartment complex. Dominick checked his rearview mirror constantly as he drove. He didn’t want to feel paranoid about anything. When they got there Kenya and Bird were already there. Kenya still had that mean stuck up look on her face, while Bird looked chill. They had their squad with them, while Dominick had his squad with him.
Faith was getting that feeling again. She hoped everything went well.
Bird and Kenya stood behind the school leaned against Bird car waiting on Dominick and Faith. They saw Dominick pulled up. Bird just wanted to get this thing over so he could go home with his girl. Bird and Kenya was meeting Dominick and his girl in a big open field behind their school.
He was a little on edge because he was trusting a nigga he only knew by his first name. Bird heard that Dominick was looking for good supplies. Bird knew he could have help Dominick because he had good supplies. Bird got his drugs from a Cuban d**g Lord by the name of Pablo. Bird got in the game when he was like twelve. When he started to his mom struggle he knew he had to do smoothing to help. So he started robbing the niggas that sold on the block close to his house and started selling their products. That until Bird was caught by their boss, Anthony King was a big time d**g dealer that everyone knew. He ended up letting Bird off the hook because he wasn’t nothing but a Lil kid, but Bird wanted to be part of his crew and that what he did. When Bird got more clients and got a Lil known he went his own way. He didn’t want to sell for nobody no more. He was lucky that Anthony was killed two months after he went his own way or he would have been a dead man.
"Do you think this a good idea, Bird? I have a bad feeling about all of this," Kenya voiced, looking at him. She wasn't feeling this whole thing.
"It's money, Kenya. Don't do this s**t now. We here now and they here. And don’t act so stuck up." Bird voiced as Kenya glared at him. He didn't need her attitude right now. Kenya would get some bad a*s attitude when Bird wouldn’t listen to her, she would want to argue than leave and Bird didn’t have time for all that today.
"What’s up, you got that s**t?” Dominick inquired as he strolled up to Bird. He had Faith and a group of his men with him. Dom wasn’t taking any chances.
"This not my Landry, you got the green?" Bird inquired, looking at Dominick and his crew. A bad feeling started to fill birds his stomach.
"Let me see the drugs first," Dominick said, looking at Bird. Bird glanced at him as he took the duffle bags off his shoulder. He sat it down and opened the bag. Bird touched his g*n on his side as he peered at Dominick and his crew.
"The money." Bird said, peering at Dominick. Bird unzipped the bag and showed Dominick the drugs. Dominick unzipped his bag and showed him the money. When Dominick saw everything he handed the money over to Bird. Bird gave it to Kenya for her to count it.
"Wait you gave him too many kilos of coke. This only $10,000, hell nah," Kenya snapped, angrily. Dominick was supposed to give them $15,000. They were missing a whole $5,000. She peered at Bird with a glare like he did something wrong. Bird seemed shocked as he glanced at her. Bird turned around and faced Dominick. Dominick held a g*n to him with a smirk on his face.
Bird first reaction was to punch that nigga in his shut for trying to play him and that’s what he did. They started fighting. Nobody was dying tonight. They were fighting it out.
Kenya kicked Faith on the ground and held her foot on her chest to keep her down. Kenya grabbed the drugs and money. She ran to the car. Bird gave Dominick a quick punch to the face and he fell. Bird pulled his g*n put and pointed it at Dominick.
"I wish you would, nigga. What the f**k wrong with your a*s? It didn't have to go down like this, but s**t it is what it is." Bird smirked.
"Yo, we got to go." One of Bird boys said as they heard sirens. Bird rushed to his car. He got in and pulled off.
"What you got?" Bird asked Kenya.
"Everything I wasn't just about to leave it. Hell nah! I knew that s**t was a bad idea." She voiced as she pulled out her cellphone. She knew from the start that something was going to go wrong. She knew they couldn't trust niggas like Dominick.
"That's my girl. I can't believe that nigga tried me like that, though. I was about to give him what he paid for but f**k that he doesn’t even have his money." Bird said, shaking his head. He turned on his street and drove to his house.
Bird pulled up at his house. Bird and Kenya got out the car and Bird hit the lock button to lock the car doors. Bird and Kenya walked up to the door and Bird unlocked it as they walked in.
"Brian that's you?" Bird and Kenya heard. They looked at each other. His mother was here and he had forgotten. He thought she left to go to Louisiana this morning.
"Yes mother, it's me and Kenya." He said, walking in with Kenya behind him. Bird walked on the second level of his three-story house and saw his mother sitting in the living room watching television, with a plate of food in her hands. Bird and Kenya was living with Bird mother because he didn’t want to leave her nor did he want to pay rent somewhere else when he was paying the mortgage and bills there. So they were staying there until he was probably done paying off his mom bills or whenever she get fed up with them.
"What happen to y'all, look like y'all been running from a pack of wolves." His mother, Shirley said. She was a plump woman with a little gray in her hair. She wore her hair in a high ponytail.
"Nothing, we going be downstairs." Bird said, kissing her cheek. Bird and Kenya walked back downstairs to the basement. There is where they could smoke and get some alone time really. He didn’t want to disrespect his mom by allowing her to smell w**d throughout the crib.
"That trade went left fast. We don’t have anything to worry about. We have the money and the drugs." Bird said, shrugging his shoulders. He could sell his own s**t instead of someone else doing it.
"Right, I told you not to trust him. We don't need no new friends," Kenya said, eating a piece of candy she found in her purse.
"I should have listened to my baby, even though sometimes you're wrong and just want to keep what we have to ourselves." Bird said, pulling Kenya to him. He peered down into her face. He was blessed to have such a beautiful girlfriend. Kenya was mixed with Black and Mexican with long hair down her back. Kenya was everything to him, she was a real rider he was so glad when he met her in 9th grade. Ever since then they been like the black Boonie and Clyde, Kenya was his girl, mom and best friend all in one. He was in loved and he knew she was too. Even though she was nerve wrecking sometimes, but that still didn’t stop Bird from loving or caring for her. He knew he would never find another like Kenya.
"Whatever. I was right this time, though, my nigga. We have to watch our backs now." Kenya said, looking at him. Kenya loved Bird and told him as much as she could if he didn’t piss her off. She was attracted to him from the jump when she laid eyes on his brown skin as he loved every part of him from the way he wore his hair on long locks to how beautiful his smile was.
"Yea I know." Bird said thinking about all the s**t that about to go wrong. He knew Dominick wasn’t going be happy with what they pull, that if he a real street nigga. Bird didn’t really car because he was going be prepared for whatever. He knew he had to stay strapped now and be on the lookout for any and everything. Tonight was the night that would start a war. Just as he was thought of ways to protect
himself and his woman he felt his phone go off He pulled out his phone and saw a text. He chuckled at the threat that Dominick had sent.
"What's funny?" Kenya asked, looking at him. He handed her his phone . After reading the text all she could do was laugh "Wow, guess we're dead people walking," Kenya said, sarcastically. They weren't afraid and they were as hell wasn't about to let them people get under their skin.
"They just mad that they don't have s**t. It could've gone right if he didn't pull his g*n out, but oh well." Bird said as he turned the television on. “Bird, I’m horny,” Kenya blurted out.
She was bold as hell but she wanted what she wanted. She leaned in and kissed him slowly. Before she knew it both their clothes were off. “Jump on it then.” Bird told her as he stroked himself to a full erection. Kenya giggled and started playing with herself in front of him. Bird eyes narrowed in l**t as they played with themselves for each other.
“s**t, Kenya, come jump on this shit.” Bird grunted. Kenya made her way to Bird. She straddled his waist and slid down his thickness. They moaned out. While Bird slapped her a*s to get her to bounce.
“I’m about to ride this s**t, like it’s my last ride.” Kenya laughed and threw her head back. That what she did to. She rode Bird long and hard. Kenya put it on him so good. Bird was moaning out loud and calling Kenya name.
“s**t, f**k!” Bird grunted out. Kenya tightened her p***y muscle on him and started riding his faster.Soon they both were coming
