Chapter 24Friday morning, Ethan and I drove the buckboard down a muddy road largely free of snow toward town. We planned to meet Rachel Ann and Ides at the train station. We’d board the train while they would use the wagon to go to the farm. Upon our return from the reservation, we’d reverse the procedure.
