Why's my Dream told me that its a Nightmare?

It wasn't actually a book to read but it was my own everyday experience while dreaming, I just need something to write this s**t so i can give every details of my dreams and nightmares. I always remember my dreams so I started writing it before quarantine, it's on March 2020, I'm writing it in my notepad and taking a screenshot because i'm the guy who always formatting the phone (I don't know why lol, I'm putting the screenshots in storage before i do that btw) I only have one wish and I hope nobody reads it except me, or if anyone had the chance to read it, I hope they don't know about myself So Let's start March 25 2020, It was all started when I'm tired after watching "Attack on Titan" Anime, 5:16 P.M and then I tried to get a nap, and after maybe 5 minutes? I fell asleep in a couch like am I actually sleeping? I'm seeing around me moves normal like when my older sister goes to the bedroom and my 3rd sister enjoying scrolling on f*******:, and there's this one thing was weird about, why I can't look directly at their face? It was visible to my eyes and they don't have a face, and after that I woke up and it's 7:38 P.M I was going to get something to eat when I realized why am I the only one in the house? It seems not normal when i looked at the window, IT'S f*****g MORNING, the radio outside is playing a 1970s - 1980s song, maybe? and when I start looking someone in the house, I saw someone in the kitchen and I creeped out the s**t out of me that there's that girl with short hair, wearing a white t-shirt, a shorts and sitting in a chair while looking at the blank space, I don't know what to do in that situation so I just passed beside her like just normal, after that I realized "why am I very aware of anything around me? I can walk anywhere, do any action and something else? I can actually talk that time if I had to" While passing beside her, I goosebumps when she started talking to me with a tired voice and says "Aren't you tired?" and I scared replying "Tired on what?" and then she replies "You will know soon, but now you need to worry is waking up" I replied "waking up? what do you mean?" and when i turned back to see her face, all I saw is her face without eyes, smiling at me menacingly. And the last word she says is "Wake up". After that, I actually woke up, it's 6:42 P.M and everything is normal.
