John Summers graduated from impersonating a fish out of water to a full mime act. Even the encouraging slaps to his head did not seem to help the man find his voice.  By the fourth slap, Abigail was screaming at Lorenzo to let her father go. Lorenzo did not know whether to laugh at the fact she could still stand up and defend the man or feel completely betrayed by her actions even though logically speaking he had no right to feel any sort of betrayal from her.  She did not owe him her loyalty, he had after all forced the situation on her.
