He came to watch me.
I see him in the crowd and I am a little surprised. I kinda expected him to stay at home considering the trouble that he is in.
'' What are you doing here? '' I walk up to him.
He smiles '' I couldn't miss it Jake......I’m sorry for making you so angry''
I shake my head and reassure him '' it’s not you....I am fine now''
'' You were great out there.....after you went somewhere with your ex''
I know he is trying to find out why I went with Kim, but I can’t tell him yet. I don't want to get his hopes up high.
'' She was just trying to help '' I lie to him with a lot of regret.
He nods and I look over him and through the crowd. Right now, I am just looking for mark; he promised me that he was going to be here.
