I watched in disbelief as he walked away.
I was confused for a second what was going on not until Beta Zander walked to me and stood in front of me that was when I realized non of this was a joke or a dream.
Gerald stood in front of me and his mate.
“Zander I won't let you take her with you.” he said to him in a threatening tone.
“Sorry Gerald but I have to obey the alpha's instruction. He said I should lock her up and I have to do it.” I heard Beta Zander answer.
“But he can't just lock her up for something she didn't do. Yes I know he is mad about what happened but it's not her fault. She isn't the cause of the pack members death. It was all the rogues fault not her for goodness sake. You can't punish an innocent person for what she never did. That's so unfair.” Geral
