“Hi,” she murmured softly with a smile as she watched a male walk towards her. It was dark outside, the moons were up and shining, stars blinking cheerfully by the glowing crescent.
“Hi...” the male respond, tone rough and tired.
“What happened?” The female asked, immediately sensing that something was wrong.
“Nothing.” Came the curt reply, the female narrowed her eyes. “The sky is beautiful, isn’t it.”
The female stared a bit longer at the male but then turned her eyes towards to sky, “Yes, it is. Isn’t it amazing? This sight will be the only sight that will be the same for hundreds and thousands of years. Even if a small glimmer is no longer there, people of the future will be gazing at the same sky. It is ethereal and eternal.” The man said nothing.
