I stared at the mirror in my dorm and saw the mark of Theo's sword on my neck. It was quite obvious so I covered it with a scarf. Thankfully, Ophelia's costume was covered to the neck so I had nothing to worry about.
It was the day of the performance and I was kind of nervous because I had never acted in front of people before. Never have I thought I would be able to act in front of crowds. All my life, I stayed in the dark and never had a chance to talk in crowds until my mother brought me into the human world. She thought doing that would save my life and I would learn new things and she was right about that, I’d learned a lot about life, about people, and more about humans.
