58 Get the f**k out of my place

574 Words
After the driver told everything, Susan looked like she was gonna faint. She had never expected Kevin to be so smart. Cole only realized now why Kevin had told him to be careful around this woman. She was so vicious. Now that things had been clear. Cole couldn’t wait to see what Dad was gonna do. Chase stared into Susan's face. He suddenly remembered how Lola objected to the idea of letting her send Kevin to school. He hadn't given it a second a thought. He had thought Swain did that to stir up trouble. But now, it seemed like he had been wrong. That woman was right about this Susan Fox. Susan's fingers wired with each other nervously, knowing she could never change Chase's idea about her. She knew the more she tried to explain right now, the more repulsive that would make Chase. So, she decided to apologize. "Chase, I'm so sorry… I was stupid. I just want to…" "Susan, I trusted you. I left my son in your hands. But It seems like I was wrong…" His deep voice made Susan tremble. "Chase… I'm sorry… But you saw how Kevin treated me… I was so pissed off. That was why I said those stupid things to him. I'm apologizing to Kevin right now. Things like this would never happen! I promise!" Susan was shuddering. She didn't even dare to look Chase in the eye. She promised? Chase let a cold laugh, "You don't have to, Susan. I'll cancel the projects of your father's company one by one for what you did to my son." Cancel… those projects? Then Father's company was definitely gonna go bankrupt! "Chase… You can't do this to our company just because of what I said to your son!" Just because? Chase huffed, "Get the f**k out of my place or it will be even worse." Susan went panicked, "Chase, please…" "I said f**k. Off." Chase bellowed and grabbed Cole's hand, taking him out of the dining hall. Cole was happy with the result. It seemed like Daddy still loved Kevin more than anything. It was good to let that bad woman know that there was nothing she could do to sabotage their relationship. Cole looked over his shoulder and made a face. Bad woman! Susan clenched her teeth. She had the heart to destroy this brat completely. But Chase was still around. She didn't dare to do anything. Knowing there was nothing she could do, she stomped out of the mansion. Chase closed the door of the study room and looked at "Kevin" concerningly. Cole pouted and stretched out his arms, asking for a hug. Chase picked him up. "Daddy, I don't want Miss Fox to send me to school anymore." "Don't worry. She won't show up anymore," Chase patted his back, trying to comfort him. This was definitely his fault. He should have been more careful with that Susan Fox. Kevin must have been so scared. "Daddy, can you let mom send me to school every day?" Cole whined. Chase's face fell as he heard the mention of Lola's name. Even Lola was right about Susan, he still hated her for abandoning Kevin. If it were not for Kevin, he would have fed her to dogs. That woman was such a liar. He would never let his boy get close to her. "Kevin, can you pick one between Paul and Cameron to send you to school?"
