One of the parents was a relative of the director. The teacher, Mr. Stevens, didn't think he could afford to offend them.
After hearing what the teacher just said, Cole finally understood why Kevin had been bullied in this kindergarten.
Mr. Stevens was obviously biased. And he even said bad things about his mom...
Cole thus hissed, "It has nothing to do with my mom. Dad is the one who brought me up. Are you saying my dad is an awful person?"
Kevin was with Chase all the time. Cole was telling the truth.
"I wonder how decent a human your father is if you're such a brat. I guess he's just one of those idiots who forgot to teach their children manners."
Cole's eyes widened. He'd never seen anyone so rude. Not only did he insult his mom, but he also said bad things about his dad…
If Daddy got to know…
Cole smiled secretly. Things would be very interesting…
"My dad is not an i***t! You're an i***t, sir!"
"How… How dare you! How dare you talk to your senior that way?"
"I didn't mean to… Please don't call my parents… Dad will kill me…"
"Your father must be here today! And he needs to apologize to the kids you just bullied. This kindergarten is not for bumpkins! Kids like you don't deserve our kindergarten. You shouldn't have come here in the first place. Your parents should've known better."
Cole huffed secretly hearing Mr. Stevens say that. He couldn't wait when his dad showed up here. This teacher's reaction would be so interesting.
After that, Mr. Stevens called Chase.
Chase was quite surprised when he got the phone call.
Based on what the teacher told him, Kevin had made a huge mistake in the kindergarten. So he came to the place as fast as he could.
"Daddy!" Cole cried, his eyes welling up with tears.
Chase approached him, noticing the bruises on his face, frowning.
"What happened?"
Chase's heart wrenched the moment he saw his son get injured.
Cole sobbed, "Those kids hit me… They hit me together."
Together?
Chase's face fell. He turned to look at the teacher.
"Are you… Kevin's father?" Mr. Stevens regarded Chase with surprise. He hadn't expected Kevin's father to be so…intimidating.
Even he didn't know who this man really was, but his instinct told him Chase was not someone who could be messed with…
"I am. What's the problem?" Chase answered coldly.
"Well… The thing is… your son hit other kids in the kindergarten. He has hurt at least five kids during the fight…"
"At least five? So there are at least five kids who tried to bully my son? How could he win in a fight where he has to fight five other kids? Did you watch it happen when my son was besieged by other kids, sir?" Chase's voice was dripping with sarcasm.
The teacher took a pause before he spoke again, "Well… Other kids' situations are worse than your son's. I just hope you could apologize to them…"
Chase sniffed, "And I'd like to know why did they bully my son."
"Well…"
Cole cut in, "Daddy, we fought because those kids said bad things about Mommy. Mr. Stevens said it was Mommy's problem. She must have done something wrong to get insulted."
Chase frowned. He didn't care about that woman. But he wouldn't allow other people to say that to his son…
"Really?" Chase let out a cold laugh.
