“Mom, are you okay?” Monna blinked. She looked like she was gonna cry.
“Mom, did they kidnap Cole?” Mia also looked worried.
Lola finally could speak, “It’s okay. Cole will be safe. Mommy got this... Cole will be fine...”
Mia knew Mommy was only trying to comfort them. Mom looked like she was gonna faint. Besides, if they really had the money to save Cole, they wouldn’t have lived in a shitty place like this.
“Mommy, we can find someone. That man’s got to be rich.”

Lola froze as she heard that. Chase was indeed a rich man. But why would he give her 20 million? He wouldn’t even borrow her the money.
