Present time Zade's Pov: BOOM! I picked up the coffee table that the T.V. was sitting on and threw it at the wall. Making an even louder noise than the T.V. I just threw. "FIGHT IT!" I screamed, eyes switching from red to dark brown ones. Meaning my wolf was trying to break free. I can't take this anymore; I have to fight this curse. I can't spend one more day seeing my daughter's scared and terrified face as I lash out at her and beat her. One time I even broke her arm." How crazy is that, I thought. She didn't show any signs of being a wolf like me, but she did have healing abilities. My thoughts are she is just like her mother, powers and all. I've done terrible things to my Rena. I can't control it; I feel like my body is in autopilot mode. Doing whatever it pleases whenever it wants, with no emotion or remorse. While I have to hold back and see all the terrible things. I kept punching and punching, making gigantic holes in the walls, destroying the house, tearing up everything I saw. I only stopped when I heard the sounds of footsteps from upstairs, meaning I had woken up Serena. Taking a moment to catch my breath, too scared to think about what I might do to her if she walked down those stairs. I punched and punched more, I need to keep fighting for control of my emotions, my humanity, my body, anything. I thought to myself desperately, footsteps getting louder and louder as she walked gently down the stairs. My eyes began to flicker more and more between my wolf and me, then my bones started cracking and shifting. Hair began to grow from my body. Turning me into my wolf. The moment the footsteps stopped from right behind me, I turned around to see my once little girl all grown into a beautiful young woman. The look of shock on her face as she looked around at the mess I caused. What was worse, was when her eye's landed on mine, she looked terrified, taking steps back. The curse is strong, I feel it trying to grab hold of my wolf, pulling and tugging him back inside the cage he was once in. I don't even know how he got out, I thought. The curse kept him locked up tight and made me a cold and cruel heartless monster. But now my wolf is out, he broke free. I'm not sure for how long though, but most importantly, he seems to have control... Now he needs to shift back and tell her to run. Serena's Pov: My body jolted up from the sounds downstairs. I let out a sigh while getting up from my bed. I changed into jeans and a hoodie, I put my shoes on and threw my hair up into a bun. I began walking downstairs, and with each step I took I heard more and more banging, becoming more terrified of what I might find. I went round the corner to the kitchen and froze in my tracks at what I saw. The house was a total mess. The kitchen table was literally in half while the chairs were broken in pieces all over the hardwood floor. Glass plates shattered everywhere, and anywhere you looked there were deep gigantic holes in the walls. Finally, my eye landed on a huge brown wolf standing in the kitchen. My heart began to race, terrified, as I took in the wolf's appearance. I closed my eyes as tight as I could "I'm dreaming:" I spoke petrified. When I opened them, the wolf was now standing in front of me. Screaming for my life. I heard bones cracking; the scary wolf was howling in pain. And in a matter of minutes, the once wolf that was standing in front of me was my father. Uhhh naked. Terrified, I took steps back, looking at the door, ready to run for my life after what I, just witnessed. "Serena, please listen, I don't have much time." He spoke deeper than normal. Confused and scared, I took more steps back.. While he took steps forward, keeping the same distance between us as before. "Please, my little pup, I don't have much time. You need to leave now so I won't hurt you anymore." he paused and gave me a sorrowful look as he continued "Please know that I've always loved you every second of the day and there is a reason why I did what I did. It isn't my fault baby. I know you don't understand, and you're confused, and I wish I had more time to tell you everything that happened to your mother and why I changed over the years. I hope you can one day forgive me once you finally know the truth", he finished. A few tears rolled down his face. Trembling, scared, and confused, I stood still. I gave him a small nod. Even though I desperately wanted to run at that moment. I noticed his eyes beginning to shift from red to dark brown. "We don't have much time now." He began to start writing something down on a piece of paper. " This place will be a safe haven for you. They will tell you everything. Whatever you do, don't return here. You need to stay away from me". He hands me the piece of paper with a shaking hand. As I looked back up at him, his eyes started going back to dark brown. "Leave now, don't stop running until you find them and be careful who you trust. Don't tell anyone who you are or who your parents are expecting for them. If certain people find out, they will kill you just like your mother", He yells as his eyes and voice begin going back to normal. "Your special in so many ways baby, And always remember that I love you". He expresses love in his voice and a tear slides down his cheek. His voice was changing back to normal, His eyes flickering from the monster to the father I once knew. I need to leave now. Without a second glance at him, I grabbed the paper and ran out the door. I don't know why I should believe him, but the way he switched from being a freaking wolf, it scared the living hell out of me. I've never seen him show any other emotion other than anger. And I have definitely never seen a wolf that big in my life, which also was my father, which is f*****g confusing and scary at the same time. I knew I would be leaving tomorrow knowing I was never safe here. But I didn't know that day was today. I was thrilled but scared at the same time.
