December 30 8:30 p.m. Eddie’s annual dance party was held the night before the performance. It was slightly different from our homecoming dance, which was more informal. This party had a learning aspect to it, and we were taught a few tips by the studio on how to end a dance perfectly. I felt jittery just thinking about it, but I believed I was ready. The performance was being held indoors at a theatre, and we were taking a school bus to the location tomorrow.
