I can’t believe Serena and Ila called my mother. Of all people to tattletale to, they picked the one person who is the loudest! Don’t get me wrong, I love my mama, but it isn’t in her nature to just have a conversation like normal people. My papa would have been more subdued about the situation, even my brothers would have laughed at it, but my mother? UGH! They knew I wouldn’t have been able to worm my way out of having lunch with my mate if they called HER. I think I need my eardrum repaired from all the yelling mama did over the phone.
