Chapter One
Chapter One: Blood, bone and body
Her Royal amphitheatre (3000 LT)
'May the god of black delta save us, Savagers never fear death nor blood spill, never even in the face of torment, they stay calm inward, but their body can deceive you, what they regard as their greatest fear is the afterlife knowing that this life holds nothing for them
'shut up!' meldrin said, "save yourself Only, for I perish not today nor the morrow" he paused and gave a long derisive laugh which was interrupted by the unlocking of chains from the amphitheatre cage bars
"Unlock these three" the barbarian guard Captain called to his mate pointing at two other barbarians and Tornard, as they came nearer fear grew inside of them even though they were in group and they started hesitating
"Move it b****y cowards" said the barbarian officer
"Or I lock you in the same cage with them"
Tornard the barbarian quickly grabbed a dagger from the gorde of one of them but before he could launch it into the heart of one of the guards, an arrow swished into his arm making him jerk backwards,
"what's happening captain, every body is waiting" the man with the crossbow said
"And all thirty of them should be brought out"
Tornard broke the Arrow head and pulled it out of his hand groaning
Outside the cage of the amphitheatre was a sight to behold, thousands shouting, wailing, in enjoyment of the battle of the barbarians at the center of the amphitheatre
Blood spilled on the white sand like the picture of raging fire, hands disowned by the body, broken bones punctured into the eye socket to claim it's sight.
Barbarians dead bodies littered the battle sand leaving only one barbarian standing with a battered body and a missing eye which was covered with a patch and several injuries which was small in relation to other half dead barbarians on the ground
Standing at the top of the paramount part of the amphitheatre was Queen Macbeth, Her Majesty of Alargh and her Kinsmen seated round her back in the royal chamber of the amphitheatre
Thirty barbarians chained and waiting at the last gate into the battle sand , not knowing what may befall them, looking through the prison-like bars of the gate into the battle sand
Queen Macbeth called out to the barbarian with the eye patch, "what are you called, barbarian?"
"Come down and I shall tell you with a whisper in the ear" he replied picking up a thigh bone
The crowd was astounded by the audacity of the lone survivor after the battle they had just intensely watched
"He's name is lambalot as it is called by his tribesman, Her Majesty" her chief officer told her since Lambalot the barbarian refused to respond
"What an ultimate waste of life he displayed today" she said to the hearing of the royal chamber, "carry on with the event…. Let me see if he survives the next battle" she laughed
"let the blood spill resume", the chief officer announced, "Bring in the barbarians" he called out loud for all to feel the authority of his voice
The gate rose slowly, pulled up slowly by the barbarian servants, their chains were unlocked one at a time and pushed into the battle sand with the elite warrior of her majesty holding his barbarian killer cross bow, ready at any sudden movement
The gate dropped behind them as they entered into the battle sand of the amphitheatre, spearding out with watchful eyes, distancing themselves from one another, knowing that no one is to be trusted in the arena (it's all life and death)
Slave barbarians are never given weapons of any sort, they are already deadly as they are, giving them weapons is as sucidial as disobeying her majesty Queen Macbeth of Alargh
"Lambalot, the great barbarian, you have performed extraordinarily today in the feud of blood…" the Chief officer of her majesty started speaking
Briefly interrupted by the entrance of the barbarian merchant lord 'Lord Zuar' in his robe and gloves which meant official business to all present in the royal chamber
Sighting the Liege lord from afar in the royal chamber, the beast in him was awoken, as Lambalot mind was rekindled from the memories of past experience with the barbarian merchant lord
Lambalot ran Opposite the royal chamber suddenly, aimed at a position in which he moved skillfully in order to leverage his body for a full body swing of the femur(thigh bone) he was holding
Befor Meldrin was able to assimilate what was going to be the result, this strange barbarian was already moving faster to his aimed position for his swing, the crowd was already perplexed looking around, not sure what was happening
If he was going towards another barbarian, they would have been cheering even, though it's against rule since the match has not been officially started
The barbarian slayers were already in motion, positioning themselves around the top of the amphitheatre "no, you fool no!!!" Meldrin shouted warning knowning fully well the consequences of such an action
The femur shot into the air like a shooting star as the barbarian spin and release his weapon into the air
Into the royal chamber the shot went and then a piercing shrieking sound engulfed the whole amphitheatre so high that the voice and where it came from was beyond recognition but was accompanied by other screaming from the royal chamber, the shrieking sound of that of the women present there
An arrow swished past Tornard nearly pinning his eyes and was followed by several other arrows pouring down from all angles of the amphitheatre into the battle sand, at which running Lambalot was the hub of the extermination
A Barbarian had just committed the greatest offences, an attack on royalty, and even worse was that it was in the the presence of Queen Macbeth of Alargh herself
An extermination of all the barbarians present was the most merciful punishment in the law of Alargh where the life of Barbarians were meaningles
