Chapter 27: Tiga Village

591 Words
Every week, I only have two days of free of free time, this means that I have to deal with the orcs and return back to school within the time frame. However, the village is at least two days away from here, so I had no choice but to use Space Elemental magic. While I was previously investigating on my special abilities, I have also dedicated myself in researching about magics. One of the new spell that I learnt is called Teleport. With this I can literally cut an hole in the very fabric of space and another in the location that I wanted to go. The cost of teleportation is 150 mana points for every metre. The village is only a couple of kilometres away so the price was considered SUPER cheap with my current mana capacity, however if I was a normal human then long distance travelling would have been impossible. The limits are places that I have been to in the past or the spatial coordinate of the place. Since I have neither been there or have a spatial coordinate of the place, I just kept teleporting along the path that leads to the village. Of course, I had to disguise myself in a black leather trench coat with a hood and a golden phoenix-like mask. The people who saw me appearing and disappearing again would just think of me as an illusion anyway. (((If you want a clear picture of the trench coat then search up Assassin's trench coat.))) Thanks to the GUI map, I was able to track where I was going and so it only took me a couple of minutes to finally make it to the outskirts of the village. Wait hold on… GUI map. Current User Coordinate: 324.534.443.545 Indicator Coordinate: 324.534.443.545 …Let's try moving the indicator to a nearby town. Indicator Coordinate: 324.534.423.888 Oh I see, so I could easily pinpoint the coordinate of the area that I wanted to teleport to with the GUI World Map! This is certainly interesting, the possibility of these special skills never ceases to interest me. Well, I have certainly discovered a new feature. Now the village… This village is called Tiga, the village's main production is crops and vegetables but due to the recent years of poor soil quality, the villages are struggling to make any profit. However, they were still able to make enough to self sustain, until now… As soon as I entered the village premises, many orcs could be seen in sight. The crops and vegetables are all destroyed to the point that even the very soil that they grow on were all unturned. The orcs are all currently surrounding a particular building that is reinforced with barriers and windows barricaded with steel bars. I don't even need to take a look at my GUI Map to know that all of the villagers had isolated themselves in that single building. *** Narrator's PV: {Universal Speech Translation Activated!} "Break that door open quickly! We must kill those four strong humans who killed our comrades!" """Yaa!!!""" "Hey boss! There's another human over there!" "Human! Haha! Don't even think of running away!" Caine tilted his head and asked, "Who? Me? I wasn't running at all. I was just wondering how long it would take you lots to actually notice me." The orcs, seeing that Caine was able to understand and speak their language became taken aback. How can a human speak the language of an orc? After a moment of silent, the orc who previously gave out orders to the others finally spoke, "Human! You could understand us?!" "Of course, why couldn't I?" Caine replied with tone as if implying that it was natural.
