He swore he would never fall in love. He swore he would never want a woman.Alpha Jaxon was everything a pack wanted — cold, powerful, ruthless. He believed love made an Alpha weak. And I was everything he despised. My name is Saraphina. My wolf had not awakened. I was weak, wolfless, a curse in the eyes of the pack. But the Moon Goddess made a cruel joke — she made me the true Luna of Alpha Jaxon, the Alpha who hated weakness. And he made me pay for it every single day.He never protected me. He never cared for me. He watched as they mocked me, as they called me the useless Luna. He told me to my face that I would never be worthy of his pack, of his bed, of his name. I loved him. He treated me like I was nothing. Then my world ended.I lost my two parents in one brutal night. Blood was still on my hands, tears still on my face, when Alpha Jaxon stood over me — not to comfort me, but to reject me.That was the night Saraphina died. With my own trembling hands, I broke the mate bond. I felt my soul tear in half. I screamed until my throat bled. But I broke it. I left my pack, my home, and the man who destroyed me, and I ran deep into the forbidden bush — the dark forest where rogues die — to forget him.I wanted to disappear. The Moon Goddess had other plans.Deep in the heart of the bush, I found him. A massive white wolf, fur as pure as moonlight, bleeding out, barely breathing. His blue eyes were losing light. Any other she-wolf would have run.But I am a healer's daughter. I tried with all my best to save him.For three days and three nights, I held him. I cleaned his wounds with leaves, I kept him warm with my own body, I whispered to him not to die. And he lived. What I didn't know was that the injured white wolf I saved was King Kieran. The legendary White Wolf King. The most feared and powerful Alpha in all the kingdoms. The ruler of the White Wolf Pack — a pack that never accepts outsiders. He took me with him.I woke up in a palace of marble, silver, and moonlight. They gave me a maid's uniform. A small room in the servant's wing. A new life as The Maid of the White Wolf Pack.I thought it would be quiet. I was wrong.Because inside the White Wolf Pack, for the first time in 20 years, my wolf begins to stir. My power, locked for so long, is finally waking up.Because King Kieran does not see a weak, wolfless girl. He looks at his maid like she is a miracle. Like she is his queen. He protects what Jaxon never protected. He cherishes what Jaxon threw away. And because Alpha Jaxon has just realized what he lost. The bond he broke is haunting him. And now he is coming to the White Wolf Pack to claim me back. But I am no longer the Saraphina who begged at his feet.I am the woman who broke a bond and survived. I am the woman who saved a king with her own hands.Inside the White Wolf Pack, starting as a mere maid, my true story is only beginning. My hidden power is rising. Enemies surround me. And I must choose —Will I give my heart to King Kieran, the White Wolf King who saw a queen when I was only a maid?Or will I return to Alpha Jaxon, the heartless Alpha who is now on his knees, begging the Luna he destroyed to come home? She was rejected for being weak. Now every Alpha wants her. But Saraphina will become the strongest Luna they have ever feared.

*Chapter 1: My perfect Life*
My name is Saraphina. I'm 20, I live with my parents at the edge of the Blood Moon Pack territory, and for the first time in a long time, my life feels okay. It wasn't always like this. For years, I was the girl everyone talked about. "That's the Alpha's mate who doesn't have a wolf." "She's 20 and still hasn't shifted." The girls at training would whisper when I walked past. I would pretend not to hear. But I had my parents. My mom, Liana, runs a small herb shop. She sells healing teas and soaps to the pack. My dad, Tomas, is a pack healer. We're not rich. We're not high-ranking. But our little house is always warm, and there is always food on the table. This morning is like every other morning. "Sari, wake up. Your tea is getting cold," Mom calls from the kitchen. I get up. My room is small, just a bed, a table, and the books Dad gave me. I put on my simple dress and tie my hair back. In the kitchen, Dad is already packing his healer bag. Mom is stirring soup. "Alpha Jaxon wants me to check the border patrol today. Some rogues were seen near the north forest," Dad says. Mom frowns. "That forest is dangerous. Be careful." He kisses her cheek. "I will. Sari, help your mother with the shop today, okay?" I nod. "I will." This is our routine. Normal. Safe. The truth is, Alpha Jaxon is my mate. The Moon Goddess paired us a year ago. Everyone expected him to reject me immediately because I don't have a wolf. But he didn't. He just... ignores me. He hasn't rejected me. He hasn't accepted me either. He just acts like I don't exist. Sometimes that's worse. "Has he spoken to you?" Mom asks quietly when Dad leaves. She knows. I shake my head. "No. It's fine, Mama." She comes and holds my hands. Her hands are rough from working with herbs. "Saraphina, listen to me. A mate bond doesn't make a man good. Your father and I love each other because we choose to, every day. Not because the Moon Goddess told us to." I look at her. "Do you think he'll ever...?" She doesn't answer right away. "I think you should stop waiting for a boy who makes you feel small, Sari. Focus on your life. Your shop. Your own future." She's right. And for the first time, I start to believe it. That afternoon, I work in the shop. I arrange the dried lavender, I pack the orders. A few pack members come in. One of them, an older woman, smiles at me. "Your mother raised you well, Saraphina. You're a good girl, wolf or no wolf." I smile back. A real smile. At sunset, Dad comes home. He's tired but okay. We eat dinner together — just bread, soup, and some meat. We talk about the shop, about Dad's patients, about nothing important. After dinner, Dad sits outside and sharpens his tools. Mom and I wash the dishes. The pack is quiet. I can see the moon coming up. "Tomorrow," Dad says, "I want to take you to the market in town. We need new supplies. Just you and me." "I'd love that, Papa," I say. I go to bed that night feeling grateful. I have parents who love me. A small house. A simple life. Even if my mate doesn't want me, I have this. I don't know that tomorrow morning, everything I love will be taken from me. ---
