The Moon Goddess Selene is tried of her creation rejecting the gift she gives and the gift the Gods of Olympus crave. So she will give the Gods what they crave and punish her creations believe they know best.Selene’s POV

Ever since I began weaving soulmates together in the secretive folds of the Mystikos Diastasi—a place where werewolves prowl under moonlit forests, vampires dwell in shadowy castles, fae dance between ancient trees, and countless other beings carve out lives—I have felt the gaze of the divine upon me. Some supernaturals chose to live hidden among mortals on Gaia, known to humans as Earth, but most found solace in their own realm. Yet the gods and goddesses above were relentless. Zeus’s booming demands echoed through my thoughts, his impatience matched only by the subtle pressure of the others. Hades, ever the brooding lord, cared less for his own happiness than for the fate of the demons of the Underworld. The time had come for me, Selene, to stand before them all and answer their call.

Seeking Approval from the Divine
Selene’s POV Ever since I began weaving soulmates together in the secretive folds of the Mystikos Diastasi—a place where werewolves prowl under moonlit forests, vampires dwell in shadowy castles, fae dance between ancient trees, and countless other beings carve out lives—I have felt the gaze of the divine upon me. Addressing the Council The grand hall shimmered with power as I entered. Zeus sat imposingly on his throne of white marble veined with gold, the king of gods adorned in lightning. Beside him, the sea’s storm was captured in Poseidon’s blue-green marble seat, while Hades glimmered in the brooding darkness of onyx and rubies. Each crown sparkled, echoing their thrones’ majesty. Their eyes were upon me—some curious, others desperate, a few tinged with hope. Bracing myself, I spoke to the assembly. “You have all come—some seeking a soulmate for yourselves, others for those within your domains.” I met Hades’s dark gaze, acknowledging his concern. “At last, I have found a way to match everyone with their true mate. But before I proceed, I must ask: would any here spurn their destined partner, merely because they lack godly blood?” My voice echoed in the silence that followed. The gods exchanged glances, but none spoke. Instead, anticipation bloomed in their eyes. I continued, my tone gentle but firm. “Your mate may be human, vampire, werewolf, or fae. Yet once the bond is sealed, you will both change—transformations that will bind your souls and powers together.” Zeus’s thunderous voice demanded, “Explain, Selena.” I nodded. “For instance, Zeus—should your mate be a vampire, she may gain the power to command of lightning and weather, while you, in turn, would grow fangs. You would feed upon one another, sharing strength and passion.” The possibilities hung in the air, the promise of new beginnings sparking through the hall. "However, you must wait until I reveal who your mate is," I said, my tone gentle yet unwavering, letting my words linger in the charged air. Poseidon’s brow furrowed in confusion. "What do you mean?" he asked, his voice echoing like waves crashing against distant cliffs. I offered a reassuring smile. "Not all soulmates have come of age—or even entered this world yet," I explained softly. Recognition dawned in Poseidon’s eyes, and he gave a slow, thoughtful nod. Focusing my mind, I reached out with my power, projecting my thoughts to the six who stood at the heart of Olympus: Zeus, Hades, Poseidon, Hera, Hestia, and Demeter. "Please remain when the assembly disperses," my voice resonated in their minds. "There are matters concerning your destined mates that I must share in private, once the hall is clear." Zeus rose to his full, imposing height, the hall suddenly illuminated by a gentle crackle of lightning dancing about his form. With a commanding gesture, he dismissed the gathered assembly. "Thank you, Selene," he proclaimed, his voice reverberating through marble and gold. "You have gifted us a vision of hope—a promise that soon, each of us shall discover the profound ties and enduring love of a soulmate." The gods and goddesses glanced at one another, feeling anticipation stir within their hearts. "Go now," Zeus declared, "and await Selene's blessing.
