It was extremely late at night when Oberon finally came around. Almost immediately, a powerful and deafening throbbing started in the side of his head. He cursed aloud, and as he moved his hand towards his head, he felt the metal chains which were secured to his wrists.
He opened his eyes then, and glanced around at the dark and dirty cell which he was locked up in. It was a terrible sight, and it caused the pain in his head to increase even more. He sat up slowly, and only just realised that there were chains on his ankles as well. They rattled as he moved, and the sound caused the pounding in his head to intensify.
