Emilie prov I moved freely in the field of sunflowers each blooming in the sun as I observed, " Emmy, Emmy, for goodness sake I told you not to go too far", remembering the voice l turned toward her, a woman with grey hair and wrinkled face came to view, " I'm sorry, I got lost" she observed me for sometime before saying " I know you like watching the flowers bloom but before you go always tell me, you know you are the only one kept in my care by your parents ". I lowered my head and answered " I know, nanny". Seeing my expression, she tapped me on the shoulder, " it's okay, let's go and make dinner, it's almost night time". As I walk toward a hut big enough for three persons to live in, I walk toward the direction of the kitchen to help my nanny with my usual job, wash the plate,clean the utensils and help with chopping the vegetables. " Are you alright?". I tried to reach out but felt something cold grab my hand " who are you?" I heard a weak yet dominating voice, fear gripped me " iiii….I sa.. saw.." I couldn't get my words " you are here to kill me right, to finish what you started?".I heard the voice again. " I was just trying to help" trying to reach him " get your filthy hands off me do you think I don't know your tricks, hiding behind an innocent face?", he shot back " you misunderstand me, let me treat your wound, I have experience on herbs and how to treat injuries" trying to reach the second time, he finally looked at me with his piercing green forest eyes, he stared so deep into me as if checking my soul and mind looking for reasons to trust me, after a minute of silence " go ahead " without hesitation I began to heal him, startled by the sound of tearing garment, I wrapped it around his wound. " Come, my house is not far away, you can rest there till you heal". I could see the sign of hesitation all over his face. I reached out and stretched him gently till he was on his feet. Taking his hands on my shoulders and escorted him to my abode.
