The Introductions

“if mom knew what?...” Amethyst stands at the door pursing her lips… “That we are smoking Weed…” Stone Mumbles, “I have no problem with you guys smoking weed, after all it is a herb and we use it in a lot of our potions, but I just don’t want you guys smoking it inside… That’s all…” She says, “Well I hope you all have settled in alright… You need to get up and ready for lunch…” She adds. With a huff the siblings all stand to get ready for Lunch. Phoenix tries to loosen herself from Mason’s grip but he pulls her back down and snuggles into her. “Mason, come on let me go…” She whines, “Give me a kiss and then I will let you go…” He mumbles in her hair. “Mason just let me go..” She says managing to wiggle out of his arms, But he pulls her back again. “MASON!” She huffs pushing him. “Just one small kiss and you will be free…” He says smirking, “Go ask Trinity for it, since you guys have been cozying up towards each other!” He looks at her and frowns, His smirk vanishes and He lets her go so that she is now looking at him, “Are you Jealous Nix?” “Jealous of what Mason? I cant be Jealous of something not worth being Jealous of. I told you, I need a break so if you want to pursue your old flame. With all due respect, I do not care…” She says, huffing again. Mason sighs and watches her walk away. Phoenix follows them out of the dorm to the Cafeteria, she stands by the door looking in. “Do you know what you call a big group of people?” She says to Page who also stands by the door, “A ‘No thanks’” Page responds which makes Phoenix giggle, “I was actually going to say a crowd, but sister you hit the nail on the head with that response.” The siblings stand in a line next to each other collecting food for them to eat. It reminds them of being back in High school, but the food that they were serve in this place is catered more to adults. They look around and find an empty table. While the five of them sit. Phoenix notices Mason walking in. “Mas!” Trinity who sits on a table with a bunch of people call out to him. She rolls her eyes, as  Mason walks her way. “I would also be jealous, but then in the same breath his throwing himself at you, you just have to take it.” Stone whispers across the table. “Stop reading my thoughts.” She mumbles back to her brother who just shrugs taking a bite of his apple.

The cafeteria is packed with different looking people. Rowan nudges Page and she looks up from her tray of food, They all look up towards the door as their youngest sister walks in, hand in hand with Crowley. Valkyries eyes land on Demetria’s, and Demetria shakes her head looking at her tray again, but the others don’t budge. Rowans eyes are full of anger, Phoenix is full of disappointment, Page has Upset eyes, and Stone, Well Stone is trying to focus because is still high, and you could see it, but if he was showing an emotion, his face would have been contorted with disgust. Valkyries eyes are full of shame looking at her siblings, but she doesn’t go to them, she walks passed them acting with her ego. She sits on Crowley’s lap as he places a tray of food on front of them, they sit on a table far from her siblings.

“Ahem!” Areson says loud, standing in the front of the cafeteria catching every ones attention. “Can I have everyone sitting still and being Quiet!” He shouts. Every one complies to his request. “Right, so I have a big announcement to make… I would normally do this in the auditorium but since we have no time for that, and I would like to Make it now because it is very Important.”  He says, “I would like to welcome the New Six students that have joined us today… They are a very important part of this school as they are the lineage of  the late Professor Grove…” He gestures to the five siblings sitting at the table. “the main reason why I’m here announcing this is because Dr. Amethyst Grove will take over her Late husband’s position as Head Master of the school…”

“What?!” Stone shouts speaking out without thinking, The siblings look towards their mother who stands at the front of the assembly. They cant say they are not shocked but it hurt them because their mother said nothing to them regarding acceptance of this offer… “Maybe its because none of us drove with her…” Stone whispers. “I don’t think it’s that stone…” Page responds in a whisper rolling her eyes. “I think that when she’s done, we should speak to her? Because Mom has never done anything like this before she’s always spoken to us…” Rowan comments. As their mom introduces herself to the rest of their new peers in the school. “What’s up with mom?” Valkyrie suddenly takes a seat at their table. “What’s up with mom?! What’s up with you?” Stone abruptly asks her, “Why are you sitting here? Why don’t you go and sit with your boy toy?” Page asks, “I said sorry to Demetria Guys… I don’t know what more I must do?” She says, batting her eyes in innocence. “You must stop being a b***h Valkyrie… Go and bat your eyes at somebody else. Your no longer apart of our tribe…” Rowan says angrily. “Hush all of you… There is no point in fighting in public. It just makes mom look weak, that her children can not keep it together, Just shut up for mom… We will talk to her… then we will take to Valkyrie, but in Private… We mustn’t make a spectacle!” Phoenix whisper yells, and they stop at attention. “Always showing whose boss hey Nix…” Valkyrie sarcastically says rolling her eyes and leaving back to Crowley’s table.

“What the f**k did I do now?!” Phoenix asks the rest of them shrugging their shoulders. “Our sister doesn’t like to be told what to do, remember…” Demetria says, “yeah, you should have put her in her place…” Page adds.

“look Moms leaving… This is our chance.” Stone says standing from the table, Which they follow.

“Mom…” Rowan calls their mother as they run after her down a hall to catch up to her. She turns but doesn’t have a smile of her face like she usually does. “Good… I was going to come and find you guys after lunch…” Amethyst says gesturing them to an office close by. They all enter and she takes a seat behind the desk. “Where’s Valkyrie?” She asks lifting her eyebrows. They all shrug knowing exactly where is was. “Okay well let me continue… I have taken the position because this is your fathers school… Some of these witches and warlocks don’t have a place other than this and I want to uphold what he laid as foundation. You five might think this is a stupid idea and that I shouldn’t take it because I’m going to be leaving my house and everything that I have built up back at home, but I’m not… Wherever your father was, is my home… And the reason why I didn’t say anything to you guys is for that reason… You wouldn’t accept letting me go…” She says with sincerity in her voice. “I think it’s a great Idea…” Phoenix pipes up, causing the rest of her siblings to look at her sternly. “What?! I think that it’s a good Idea. I mean, see this way mom can keep herself busy… I mean we all have our own lives… When have we fully let mom enjoy her own life? I know dads not here to help her fulfill all that she wants to but just think about this guys… She will be closer to dad, in a way, knowing his presence built this place. And she will be able to do all that she wants to without having us to stop her… You know from holding her back…” Phoenix adds. “Speak for yourself… I like having mom around…” Page says sitting down on a chair in front of their mother. “Well, Pagan if you choose to stay here then you will still be around me… But I’m not going back on the decision. I love it here… I spent a lot of my life here, I spent it with your father… I have so Many good Memories… If I go back, that will be it for me… I’m not saying I do not love you kids… Of course I do but in the same breath you all are adults… and you guys need to be on your own… Adulting…” Amethyst says taking Pagans hand, and smiling. “Now why are you five ganging up on Valkyrie?” She adds looking between her children. “We are not ganging up on her? Who told you we were?” Rowan asks, “no one! I can sense it Rowan…” Amethysts defensively says, “Even if we were it have nothing to do with you mom… Valkyrie is an Adult, and she was Adulting Like a brat and therefore she will not get away with her behavior while she was adulting…” Stone says to his mom with a smirk. “don’t jump to Valkyries defense when she was wrong. Being an Adult comes with a lot of responsibilities… like fighting your own battles sometime… you know… since we all have been fighting hers and we are now fed up doing it, because she is not a child anymore, but she acts as though she is…” Pagan says adding to Stones comment. “Okay… I see what you kids are doing now… Right… Be on your way… go and sort out the situation with your sister because she is part of your coven, and its just the right thing to do. Me letting go slightly doesn’t mean the rest of you need to let go of each other…” “Valkyrie just needs to stop acting like a brat that’s all!” Stone say, being the first one to leave the office. The rest say their goodbyes to their mother. Phoenix hugs her mom and her mom hugs her a little tighter. “Tell your dad I love him… I don’t see him anymore, and I think he will probably be by you guys, keeping a watch over you all…” She says as phoenix pulls away from the hug. She nods, and smiles. “Also, Nix… I know you are the level headed one… Take care of your siblings… They are hard headed…” Amethyst say as phoenix was leaving, she responds with a nod and a smile, and follows her siblings back to their dorm.

“Hi…” “Um Hi?”, Stone says staring into the eyes on a very pretty petite girl. She sits on the bed, her eyes were dark and it Matched her chocolate brown hair, that ascended her back. The siblings who were following him came to a halt behind him as soon as they entered into the room. “Wow, your eyes are so pretty…” She smiles her teeth perfectly straight and her smile warm and inviting. “Wow, you guys are so pretty…” She says standing from the bed, and reaching out to touch Stones face. “You are really weird, please don’t touch me…” He says stopping her before she could touch his face. “Oh… Sorry… I tend to be a little forward sometimes. I just can’t believe, I have been selected out of a few others to show you all around…” She says bowing her head in embarrassment, “Oh no… Don’t mind Stone, His the one who is a little too forward!” Pagan pushes past and sternly looks at Stone. She extends her hand out to the girl, “I’m Pagan, but everyone calls me Page… You can call me Page… What is your name?” Pagan smiles, “I’m Gaia…” She smiles, then shakes Demetria’s hand, She stops at Rowan, he smiles at her and she smiles too, something about this girl drew him immediately. “Hi…” He says shyly, “you must be Rowan…” She says and he nods in response. The siblings eye this introduction suspiciously as the two of them, Gaia and Rowan look at each other as if they were in a trance. Hand in hand as though they were still shaking but there was no movement. As if they were stuck in that one spot just looking at each other smiling stupidly. The rest of them look between each other. “Ahem…” Stone fake coughs, breaking them out of their love trance. “Right… I’m stone… I’m very interested in Men, so you cant be giving me those looks… Alright…” He says sarcastically, joking as he makes his way to his bed. Gaia shakes it off and smiles once again moving to the last Sibling she has to greet. She extends her hand looking at Phoenix, “Nice to meet you Gaia… I’m not being rude… I would rather not shake your hand, for sanity purposes…” She smiles, Gaia nods in response then they all retreat to their beds, Gaia sits on the edge of Phoenix’s bed, which was closest to the door.

“The school ground do not permit anyone from having familiars in the dorm rooms.” She suddenly says looking towards the door. “That’s Jinx, Don’t worry about him.” Stone says from his bed, Jinx  Jumps on the bed next To Gaia and moves towards Phoenix, Cuddling between her arms. “Okay… well anyway, I’m here to introduce myself, I’m actually waiting for the other guides to come… I suppose there was a reason why I met all of you first…” She says looking over to Rowan. Stone laughs, “Oh sister, His not that rough…” He says chuckling making everyone look at him. “pardon me?” Gaia responds, “I’m Saying, his not that rough… but anyway continue…” Phoenix rolls her eyes, “If you going to pipe up with your Comments Stone at least tell the girl what you know…” She says not lifting her head from the pillow. “I can read minds, and I’ve just read yours and girl I’m not going to lie, You look all Nerdy but hell you is Kinky and besides, I don’t know if he will be into all that Kinky s**t…” Stone says chuckling again. Her face turns crimson as she bows her head. “How do you know I’m not into Kinky s**t…” Rowan comments looking at Stone. All of them start laughing not noticing another person in the room.

“Oh Rune!” Gaia says surprised, “you should have said something. I didn’t even notice you there…” She stands up next to the guy, His black smooth hair pulled over, his face boyish but sill very Masculine, He was eye candy, and even Demetria whose only interests were in women thought so too. “Rune, This is Phoenix, Rowan, Page and Demi…” “Guys, this is Rune, he will be helping me along side with Xavier to help you get around…” She says looking around, Phoenix, was lying on her side not looking at them, but when she heard the name Xavier she instantly sat up. “Isn’t Xavier the brother of that Crowley dude?” She asks her siblings, before she could answer Rune, the eye candy does, “Has he already started trouble with all of you?” She looks at him with a furrowed eyebrow, but instantly relaxes them, his eyes made her feel comfortable. He reaches out his hand to shakes hers, “My apologies for my rudeness… I’m Rune…” He says, but Before Phoenix can take his hand forgetting that she could not shake hands with anyone, Jinx scratches Rune’s hand. Rune instantly pulls back, blood leaving his hand as Jinx moves in front of Phoenix cleaning his paw. “I’m so sorry… My cat was just reminding me that I can’t shake anyone’s hands, I do apologize… Even though there were other ways to stop me from shaking it…” Phoenix says, Raising her eyebrows sternly at her cat before, she looks in her side draw for tissues and hand sanitizer. “The Hand Sanitizer should help clean the scratch… You never know what other p***y My cat could have been playing with…” She says handing him a tissue and the sanitizer. While in the background, Stone, Page and Demetria, Laugh at Phoenix’s last comment. “Its not a problem… Just Familiars are not allowed in the inner dorms… only on the outside dorm.” He says and receives a hiss in response from Jinx. “His Kind of not my familiar, Well his is but his not…” “Okay Have you cleared it with Areson?” Gaia asks, “I do not need clearance firstly… Secondly Areson has seen him already so if that makes it clear, it has been done.” Phoenix says defensively. “okay no problem…” Gaia holds up her hands. Jinx sighs lying down in a ball on the bed, purring extra loud for everyone to hear.

“I’m here… Xavier is with me now what?” Valkyrie stands at the door interrupting, her voice is bored and it sounds as if she was forced to be there. “Welcome Valkyrie...” Rowan says sarcastically. “Isn’t that our long lost sister? You know the one who blatantly betrayed us for her new little friends…” Stone says not even looking at her. “Don’t make like it’s a big effort being here Valkyrie. We all don’t want you here anyway so might as well leave to your boyfriend…” Pagan comments, “Stop it! Just stop! Enough with this childishness. Firstly. The Four of you must get out and close the door behind you. Four meaning you too Mason. We have to discuss something as a coven. Two. You little girl, sit your fine ass on your bed over there and you will listen, I don’t care if you think I’m bossy, I’m the oldest I’m allowed to be. And three. I suggest it happens now before I blow my top!” Phoenix says shutting all of them up. Jinx, and the other three leave the room instantly, and Valkyrie takes a seat on the bed. Her body moving at the command of her oldest sister.

“I do not care If you are Banging this Crowley, I honesty give absolute ten shits if your banging the Pope, Valkyrie, what you have done today was not on. We are a coven. I am prepared to take you all the way back home and leaving you there, and there is absolutely nothing you can do about it! You have shown us all, what a vindictive little b***h you can be. How you can push us around and bat your little eyes when it suits you. How you can say selfish hurtful things and do selfish hurtful things to the people who have helped you the most. Stick your Ego up your ass! Now its our time. The Ball is in MY court! it has been given to ME. So I’m going to use one of your little tricks for a change. If you do not show that you are with us. Then I’m taking you home, and you wont even be able to attend your fathers funeral. And don’t even utter the words, ‘I can’t’, Because I can and I will. I may not have the power, alone but I know four other witches that will stand with me to get you gone!” Phoenix speaks and her anger runs from her mouth like a over flowing bath. Her other siblings had never seen their cool, calm and collected sister this angry before, and even Valkyrie, the sister with so much to say, was left speechless and scared. “No more Nasty comments from either of you! I will not speak again of this until I make my final decision, whether to take you back or to have you in our tribe! Do not test my patience Valkyrie you will be sorry!” Phoenix adds, Storming to the door opening it and storming out past the three Witches and the cat that patiently waits in the passage near the door. “You can go in now.” She mumbles, walking off.

“Good God… I knew she had it in her…” Stone huffs with a smile on his face. Rowan also smiles to himself. Valkyrie sits still on the bed frozen as if she couldn’t move.

Xavier and Gaia walk in. “Where’s Rune?” Rowan asks, “I think he went after Phoenix…” Gaia Responds shrugging slightly. “and the Cat?” Stone asks, “Went after her too…”. Stone shakes his head. “Love triangle here we come…”
