Stepping into the passage, she bumped into Ryan who was approaching the stairs. “Sam,” he called anxiously and tried to grab hold of her hands. She tried to run away but he pulled her back forcefully. “Don't do this, I'm sorry for last night,” he whispered into her face. “Hmph!” She fumed in exasperation and pulled away from him.
