Caelia entered her room, attempting to pull out her hair as she held on to a volume on each side of her head , letting out a painful scream before collapsing on the floor and clutching onto her chest . It hurts so bad , i can’t take it anymore I don’t deserve this God please make it go away , this was all in my mind I couldn’t speak it was asif the pain I’m feeling had paralysed my tongue, laying down on my back and staring into the ceiling I knew I had to get out of here,I knew if I want to be fine I have to go away from everyone here . My name is Caelia Christabel Quinn , just clocked 18 years old 3 days ago 7th of July was not a good birthday, just now I told everyone I don’t want to be part of this family anymore, they have pushed me beyond my limits, my family is average thanks to my monstrous step mum who destroyed everything we used to be rich but it all ended last year when she had used a lot of money to throw a party for her birthday and had mistakenly caught up with an hacker who hacked into my dad’s assets and stole them ,She took all the money and is nowhere to be found, tho the family has been doing well but Dad or shouldn’t i say edward because I don’t want someone that heartless as my Dad anymore not only was I maltreated by his wife but he also turned blind eye and supported her , he never really gave me anything more than paying for my school fees , never bothered about my upkeep, not even other basic necessities as his he put his wife in charge of all but she deprived me of having any ,my little brother died on my birthday last week, and it was due to heart attack which my step mum caused, he was asmathic, I am too but his was chronic, Relatives came today for condolences and family meetings but what disgusted me was the fact that none of them Cared so much when my brother was alive and I had just released a 16 year’s worth of heartache in the meeting and I said everything I ever wanted to express, confronted my step mum and my Dad and everyone there ,i left them dumbfounded in there in the living room. Since yesterday after my brothers burial I had made a decision to finally let go of everyone here, I never had friends and I’m still in my first year in the university we’re on break but I think this break isn’t just any break for me, my soul is broken and I’m yearning for breakthrough which had just happened. I have decided to move to herondale , its 6 hours away from Arina , I found an apartment in a very nice location to stay , and its a good way to start ,thanks to digital marketing that i started last month i have made 1.5 million dollars from affiliate marketing actually i was doing 3 different types , it was an opportunity i stumbled upon while i was desperate for freedom the plan was to leave with my brother he was very happy with our plan and i have been able to send him lots of money without anyone’s knowledge, i introduced him too and he had just made his first money which he used to get me a new dress with a jewellery , i opened his present this morning. I looked at the gift boxes on my bed and my packed luggage, i jolted back remembering I have to leave on time before they come knocking on my door, i changed into the sundress my brother gifted me and the jewellery it was a silver necklace , its obviously expensive I grabbed my 4 travelling boxes and passed it through the balcony outside by room before jumping off, the Uber man was already calling , with my last strength I dragged the heavy boxes by the in the handle they’re new ones so it was easier getting to the gate I flunged it open, the uber man was outside, taking my luggage and putting them in the car booth ,i was about taking the last bag where i saw someone called out for me from the window it was my grandmother, I ignored her and quickly entered the car and the driver kicked the engine and we zoomed off **** Chris looked back at her father’s big house for the last time in tears as the driver drove out of the estate , she was finally moving on with her life even tho it meant leaving without her brother. She arrrived at the airport she was almost late for her flight,it was her first time at the airport,a kind stewardess had helped her navigate her way , now seated in the plane which had taken off,she was in the first class section but couldn’t relish the moment as she was alone without her brother, she made up her min to be happy. After a 6 hour’s flight they landed in herondale . She felt a huge uneasiness, she reached for her inhaler , she had kept it close just incase but she didn’t beli she would actually use it , she felt a very strange energy around her body and felt do dizzy but she had to put herself together before the landing, tho still feeling so much anxiety it was intense until she got out of the plane It was so beautiful just like she had seen online, i********: and twitter and f*******: , she took a selfie and got her luggage, it didn’t take long before she found an uber woman , suprised by the gender of the driver she gave her location . It took an hour and 40 minutes to get to her apartment in Daisy , the Daisy estate loooked so beautiful and coozy before the car came to an halt in front of a big gate and it seems to have different beautiful duplex inside, the apartment she rented was a mini duplex 2 bedrooms, she got off the car with her bags before paying the car charges fee with her card she was discounted 60% off voucher as a new comer , the security guard opened the gate’s it was anasif he excepted her as he helped her with the luggage and showed her to her apartment which seemed to be at the far end of the compound , there was mini gate just in front she sighed in relief as she doesn’t have to walk all the way to the main gate , thank you she said , the man was polite and quiet he turned back and greeted someone on his way , it was the landlord , the man seemed to be in his early forties he looked really kind and he was handsome, he welcomed Chris warmly “ welcome Miss chris “ he said before hugging her “ I’m sorry about your loss” he said “ thank you sir, she answered “ my wife made dinner for you, she’s on her way here he said as he helped her open the door into the house and handed her the key , shortly before his wife arrived chris was mesmerised by the woman’s beauty she looked so young with a petite figure and her dimple she had made fried chicken sauce with Rice. “ Feel at home Chris , you’re now one of us so feel free to come by anytime and don’t hesitate to come if you need me “ cassie said “thanks maam” chris replied before seeing the couple’s out , she looked at the neatly furnished apartment the chandelier in the living room was beautiful and the ceilings were very high with a beautiful white design the entire house was white and biege aesthetics it was really worth the pay 700 dollars per year rent , the Big Tv screen, the beautiful lightening of the apartment everything was up to date in the apartment , the other room downstairs has been converted to a library, she was suprised how fast the landlord had granted her request in Just a day span tho the shelfs were empty but it was beautiful with a yingyang table design shape , she went to the room upstairs , her new room she entered and was so pleased with her king sized bed , the bathroom was spacious she was overjoyed by the comfort everywhere gives, her head felt so light , the anxiety she had felt since she got to herondale was still there but the whole house distraction was there and she headed back to the bedroom , standing beside the bed to check the bedside lamp when she felt herself go dizzy and became unconscious, her body had landed straight on the bed unconscious. The cool breeze blowed , staring at the magnificent house which seemed to be in the middle of forest sized garden, she saw a man was standing in front of a water fall river “Hii!!!, heyy !!! She called out to him happily she didn’t know how she got there but was happy to see another person getting to him, she was about touch him to get his attitude when she missed her step , and was falling into the river which suddenly turned to ice landing on the surface. She jerked up “ oh my God !! Squinting her eyes , her head started to hurt it was morning and the room was bright” oh it was a dream?!, aaishhh “ she lamented as her head throbbed pausing for a moment to observe her environment before it dawned on her that she’s in a new place at herondale and no longer in Arina , she smiled happily before going to the window , looking up at the sky “Good morning zamiel “ she believed her brother was in heaven with her mother the two people she loved the most are gone , her eyes caught something which distracted her to look around it was golden brown horse suprised at the view at the back of her window it was like a garden , there were two other horses, counted 8 flamingos, a pool with white ducks , there was an hamster before 5 others joined , the garden seemed to be fenced but looked so wide she couldn’t see the rest but it was beautiful a white and black animal caught her eye , it was a panda !! “ excited at the sight of it , she beamed happily at the sight of the animals “ this is like a dream”!! She screamed to herself, last thing she had expected was seeing a garden full of beautiful animals at the back of her window, the alarm blared suddenly “ I don’t remember setting an alarm “,she went to get her phone and stopped the alarm, she remembered she was still dressed and never unpacked , her stomachs rambled “ oh mine!!. After making a list of things she needs in the house, she set out to get the things she had been setting up the house all morning and just finally relaxed from all the work , checking the time it was already 4:50pm in the evening she didn’t needed to finish up what she started , she had seen a mall just bef getting into the estate , happy she didn’t have to worry about where to get stuff’s from. Changing into black jean shorts and a crop top , taking her black beanie cap she took her keys and went out of the house . About opening the gate when she bumped into someone “ oh my days , I’m sorry she apologised”,they had apologised to eachother before the girl started to laugh and it suddenly got chris laughing too “ your face , you got my ice cream on your face” she said bringing a small cloth to clean up chris face ,” you’re my new neighbour, I’m elodie, the girl said “ Chris , she answered politely “ sorry about your ice cream “ , “ no I’m fine, i don’t really like the taste “ elodie replied “ I am going out ,see you around neighbour “ chris smiled “ do you need company,you’re new here” elodie replied “ ummmm, I am going to the ball to get somethings but i would appreciate some help and company “ . “ alrighttt, I’m free so let’s go neighbour oh chris ?!, “ yeah , Elodie , chris replied akwardly “ everybody seems to be nice here”she thought.
