The Meeting
May was at the hospital with her mother. It was her regular check up with her doctor. She was diagnosed with cancer. Leukemia specifically but only at stage 2 very much curable at this stage. While sitting and waiting to be called in she noticed a lady trying to get up. She must be the one just called out by the secretary. She"s having a hard time, so May went and helped her out. "Thank you my dear" said the lady. "Its nothing ma"am, isn"t anyone with you?" May said. "Actually I"m with my son. He just went out a while ago, he"ll come back." Then suddenly the lady"s son came. Telling May that he"ll take care of his mother and thanking her for the help.
