UNEXPECTED

So basically my whole life has been an absolute s**t hole,messed up,confusing and a pretty scary senero.Ohh my manners,Am Crystal-Towers and am gonna share my awesome Uni days with y'all.I grew up with my Mom who owns twenty-five differnt resturants in different countries including Nigeria and of course my all perfect beautiful elder sister Tess who is already a second year student at Hillsburg University and an online goddess with billons of followers,literally she's everywhere,i********:,Twitter,Snapchat,f*******: name it.I just don't know my place here,with the money and everything i just can't fix where i belong.Then my Dad Frank Towers, i had little knowledge of who he was plus no one including Tess spoke about him,i just knew two things,he had magical powers and was the happiest man on earth the day i was born. But until i was 6,i had no idea that i was gifted thesame powers Dad had. Do you know how scary it was for me the first day i transformed into a cat?! It happened very early in the morning before school,i was so panicked and didnt know what to do. But thank God for my mother who knew excatly what to do. Which left me with the question of "what the hell just happend?!" Sadly, after that, my mother thought it was best i got home schooled, too afraid i would be exposed and labeled a witch. Well,my powers grew everyday,imagine waking up to discover i could lift objects,and do lot's other cool stuff.And by 11 i could manipulate humans,shape shift into any thing of my choice. But as i grew older, so did these powers. Take for example, the day i gave mom a scare when i almost killed, Allen,he was an asshole, that tiny looking monster. Whatever happend to him that day was well deserved. He was our neighbour and despite being young, he would make inapproprieate comments and vulagr actions towards me. on our first play date, he toucher me! which in my defense mom forcefully made me to host him.Of course i was upset and wouldn't just let him go without teaching him a very big lesson,Never to mess with me or any of my body parts again,so i tricked him to playing hide and seek then lured him into the basement,switched off all the lights and then levitated him as high as i could then threw him down,he broke alot of bones before Tess came to his rescuse. Others would say i'm creepy but guess what???....I don't give two s**t about what they thought.Mom told the family it was an accident and Allen was little and totally not sure of what exactly had happened to him in the basement leading to his accident.Though children kept their distances from me ever since then i didn't really care,am just glad i thought Allen a big lesson,he deserved worse than that. Anyways...am 17 now and i just got admitted into Hillsburg.Thesame university as Tess though she's in her Second year.At this point,i just want to live a normal life as possible be less of myself,you know evil Crystal and be totally a reborn version of myself. Mom totally disaproves of me going to Hillsburg because of the way i last acted with my spoilt little play date "Allen". And as for me,am soo tired of her watchful eyes,always glarring at me like she's suspicious of me or something...i've got weird powers not some death wish or something,okay that sounded really creepy coming out from my mouth.The point is,am 17 now and i need my space,privacy and literally no mom's garring suspiciously at me. Am leaving two days from now and i could smell freedoom already.Tess seemed normal,well,i never really expected her to be happy of the fact that am gonna be in thesame school as she is.Then mom came one evening to my room holding a small box,she said Dad before dying wanted me to have it when the time was right,and according to her,now was the right time esspecially because of the obvious fact that am going to be left unsupervised at Hillsburg. Tears rolled down her cheeks as she handed over the box to me and immediately left.I placed the tiny box on my bed anxiousy and wached it like a mother bird waiting for her egg to hatch.Of course i had so many questions running through my mind at that moment,but then it was ment to be opened and not watched closely like a hawk so i dragged the bull by the horn,picked it up and opend it. I was suprised when i saw a necklace,it looked suprisingly small and had each alphabets of the word T-O-W-E-R-S spelt round it with tiny marbles.I kept looking at Dad's gift till a little letter fell off from inside the box.I picked it up and it was from Dad to me,he wrote saying; DEAR CRYSTAL, I WISH I COULD BE THERE WITH YOU ON YOUR FIRST DAY OF YOU DISCOVERING YOU HAVE MAGICAL POWERES,I ALSO HAD IT.IT'S NOTHING TO BE SCARED OF,IT'S A GIFT AND I DON'T WANT YOU TO EVER HAVE THE IMPRESSION THAT IT'S A CURSE.DARK FORCES OF DIFFERIENT KINDS ARE OUT THERE LOOKING FOR YOU BECAUSE OF THE POWERS YOU POSSESS.THIS FAMILY NECKLACE IS MADE OF MAGIC AND IT WILL HELP YOU CONTROL YOUR POWERS,AND I ALSO BELIVE YOU'LL MAKE ME PROUD.I LOVE YOU MY LITTLE C.
